Ryan P and Preston D and their team came to my home to clean all my vents and seal all of the ductwork with Aeroseal. Before they started they measured a loss of 38% of duct leakage. When they left it was less than 2%. They were incredibly prompt, clean, and efficient. They protected all of my walls, floors, and completely covered and protected all of my basement contents. Amistee personnel, specifically Rob S, **** P and *** W, and a couple of unnamed associates did a complete duct cleaning, sanitizing, and aero-sealing on 12/13/2021. They arrived on time and completed the entire job within the six estimated hours. Great care was taken to explain all steps and processes, to cover all house items that might be dirtied by their work, and to thoroughly clean up all areas before leaving. They paid extra attention to the welfare of our two cats during their work. Totally professional, honest regarding what they could and could not do, and very efficient in their teamwork approach. We could feel the positive improvement in heat distribution from our furnace literally within minutes of the completion of the work. I can give Amistee my strongest recommendation. (See More)

We had our ducts cleaned and sealed by the Amistee team. At first we were hesitate of the results and we can honestly say we are completely happy with our decision to have them both done. Our house smells cleaner, the dust is way down, heating and cooling is more evenly and quicker, and our allergies are all around better. The Amistee team was very professional at all times right from the beginning. Steve, who came to give us a quote on the sealing, was thorough and answered all my questions before and after the appointment. The day of the appointment everyone was prompt, curteous, and professional the whole time. They carried out there duties just as described and efficiently. Ryan and David N. installed Aeroseal to the Duct work in my house on July 5th. They showed up at the time scheduled and they prepped the house for the application. They covered the area that would be exposed to the Aeroseal. They were very polite and professional and kept us informed with their progress. They cleaned everything up and when they left you couldn't even tell they were there. Now we will and see how the Aeroseal work to balance the temperatures from the lower level to upper level of our house. (See More)

Alex E, Sean, Tyler F and Ryan P were excellent. They arrived on time, were helpful, kept me informed, were friendly and respectful. The guys efficiently cleaned my ducts, then the next team prepped to seal them. They found several problem areas with the ducts and made the necessary repairs. Our local HVAC company recommended Amistee for air duct cleaning and sealing. I'd never heard of them before because they're based in SE Michigan and we're in the Lansing area. They sent two teams of two employees to our home, one for cleaning (didn't get their names) and one for sealing (Ryan P. and James E). We did the Aeroseal on our duct lines. The following days, the weather snowed and was cold. Our nest thermostats have already noted improved efficiency versus similar cold days without the aeroseal. I do a good search & get 3 quotes when I need service done. Amistee had 98% positive reviews so Steve (very outgoing) came out to provide a quote which came out to be the best of the three I got. Day of service; A Jake, Ryan and James came out on time with masks, shoe covers, & laid out the covering for the floors and carpet. The duct cleaning and the Aeroseal were both done in 8 hours as mentioned. Work was completed as written on the quote and they cleaned up behind them. Not an hour as they left here is Joy from the company calling to see if all was acceptable. You cannot go wrong with a company ran by staff such as these. Thank you Amistee for a nice experience.
