From start to finish Amistee was very professional. The order desk call me back within several hours and quoted me a cost. The scheduled morning I received a call to let me know the Amistee Team (Brendon B and Seth M) were on the way. They arrived on time, explained what their were going to do. The team did a very good job covering and protecting the flooring and walls for the vacuum tubing and air line’s required for the duct cleaning. Once completed they cleaned up everything and walked me through for the my approval . Both men were kind and very respectful. The whole experience was great and I will be using Amistee again for there other services. (See More)

I received a confirmation call the day before and a call the morning of that the techs were in route. Alex E and Sean arrived on time and ready to work. They went over the work that was to be performed and went to work. They took the time to cover up the floor where their equipment would be, wore masks and shoe covers. I have no complaints. They did a great job, showed me the pictures of the before and after job and cleaned up after themselves. Great work Alex E and Sean. We appreciate it! (See More)

Sean and Adrian were very professional. They explained the entire process even before beginning. I could hear all of the junk being vacuumed out. My house is about 70 years old and the ducts have never been cleaned so I knew it would be nasty. They even sealed a spot that had been leaking air. Steve also was was very professional as he checked the ducts for leaks. He gave me recommendations for repairs that I could easily do myself without spending much. (See More)

I had Amistee come out to do the duct cleaning in a house we had just moved into. From the first phone call they were very professional and kind. They called the day before to remind me and then they called when they were on their way. The technicians Alex and Sean were very professional and took care to keep our house safe and protected from their hoses. They were very knowledgeable as well. The air in the house felt much cleaner as soon as they were done. I could not have been more pleased. Definitely worth what you pay! Alex E. and Sean M. are the best. They arrive at 10:45 am introduce themselves. Wore there mask and each time they had to come from the basement they put on there booties. Alex explained everything they had to do they were respectful efficient. Alex told me it would take 2 hours they were finish at 12:35 pm. Amistee Air Duct Cleaning did a very thorough job cleaning our ductwork. Alex E. and Sean were extremely professional and courteous. Before they started, they explained everything and carefully covered all the involved flooring with drop cloths. This house has extensive, complicated ductwork and they spent all the time needed to thoroughly clean every inch of it. Afterward, Alex E. helped me thread a new accordion air filter into the frame, then did a great job cleaning up the area. Now I understand why Amistee comes so highly recommended. I will definitely use them in the future and feel confident in urging others to do the same.
