Rob L. & Nick W. did a good and thorough job cleaning and sanitizing our home's air ducts. Scheduling was easy and they were able to get us scheduled for the upcoming Saturday. Rob informed us of the sanitizing option while onsite. He provided information on the product, answered our questions, and offered a coupon but never pressured us to purchase. We did opt to add on the sanitizing as we just moved into our house and the ducts had never been cleaned. The entire project took longer than the estimated time window however, I'm thankful they didn't rush through but instead took the time to do the job correctly. I received the follow-up email the same day which included before and after pictures of the ducts. Also, they did a great job sending appointment reminders and updating us on arrival times. "The Robs" came to our home on Saturday, January 3. They did a FANTASTIC job for us. They were courteous, explained EVERYTHING in detail, cut off old register vents that has been painted over for years WITHOUT marring the walls or chipping the paint, the even took the old vent covers away when I informed them we have new ones to put on. It was a cold day and they put in a 'screen' to block out as much of the cold air as possible. We had the vents cleaned once by another company when we first bought the house about 3 years ago. Last year we replaced three bathrooms in the house taking each one to the studs so there was probably a build up of dust and debris from that project. Amistee did a much more thorough job than the last company. They spent approximately three hours at the house going from the basement, to the first floor, and then up to the second floor. I could hear the debris coming up the tube from the basement. One of the Robs also helped my son move his king sized bed to get to the vent in his room. We also contracted with them to clean the furnace. Here too they did an awesome job. At one point a question came up about the furnace and the other Rob reached out to his boss and there were able to resolve the issue discovering that we had a blockage in one of the drainage tubes. All in all were are VERY satisfied with the work they did. It was worth every penny. I would definitely recommend them. (See More)

I have used other duct cleaning companies but Amistee duct cleaning is the one to use. Professional employees who treat your house like it was their own. Josh V and Rob L were extremely careful attaching vacuum pipes. putting down cloths and corner guards so no damage was done to our house. Its a great feeling waking up to a clean dust free home.
