We hired Amistee to clean ducts, then apply AeroSeal internal duct sealing. 5 young men arrived bright and early as scheduled. These 5 20-somethings were awesome, polite, HARD WORKING, informative, of good nature and git right after it! They totally dispelled the belief that the youth of America is lazy.. These guys are excellent. The ducts were cleaned and sealed,, clean up was 100% perfect and the sealing results were amazing. If your home hvac isn't sealed you're wasting money and your house is dusty with imbalanced room temperatures! (See More)

We are glad we did because Josh V. and David N. explained everything to us and made sure our ductwork was spotlessly clean...he suggested we have him apply the anti bacterial cleanser to finish the job and we are glad we did because it is very pleasantly fragrant.

Josh V and Robert L were very professional. I’m not real knowledgeable about the effectiveness of this service but looking at the before and after pictures they seem to have done an excellent job. Would have given them a 5 star but I was not informed that an inspector would come prior to the appointment or actual service. He showed up an hour before and of course tried to sale an additional service, it was cool just wish I would have been informed because I thought it was the air cleaning specialist arriving. Nonetheless they came an hour after as I mentioned and were efficient, professional and explained each step and prayerfully pieced things back appropriately. I have used other duct cleaning companies but Amistee duct cleaning is the one to use. Professional employees who treat your house like it was their own. From the very beginning to end both Josh and his partner Branden B. were very respectful and professional. They were aware and responsive to covid by always wearing a mask the whole time. I had inquired a full home air duct/vent cleaning for my 1,062 sqft. house. They totally went over the call of duty by duct taping exposed holes in the bottom of ac vents. It's been 3 days since they left and i've noticed an obvious difference in air quality and i've been sleeping noticeably better. I highly recommend anyone moving into a used home or in my case renting a home to get their vents cleaned as mine weren't cleaned in 50+ years!?!? Well worth the price and very satisfied. I have had them out to clean our air ducts once so far (2018), and they did great. So i called again recently to clean our dryer vent, because I noticed our dryer was taking longer than usual to dry laundry. Josh V. and Melvin B. were sent out and did a fantastic job. The crew was friendly, polite and arrived on schedule. They were very neat in setting up hoses and equipment so that there was no mess left behind here. We had no clean up to do at all. Turns out we had very little "dirt" in our vents, but I guess that was good news.
Our only "issue" was that having the door open in February for several hours was uncomfortable, to say the least; remember...the heat is off during this entire process! Barry and Josh showed up precisely on time. They treated our home like it was their own. They went to great detail to cover floors, place foam on wall corners, and do everything possible to insure they did not make a mess. Our duct cleaning was on a cold day, so they even installed a temporary curtain over our back door to minimize entry of cold water.
They went to great length to clean every duct/register, including moving of furniture if necessary. Their attention to detail was EXCEPTIONAL. They took the time to "do it right" and it was evident that quality was their top goal. Every bit of dust and dirt created during the process was cleaned up.

I moved into my house 1.5 years ago and based on the stickers on the furnace, I saw that the ducts had not been cleaned in over 15 years.
This is the first time I have lived in a house with ducts that were recently cleaned, and it is too early for me to say if this service is worth the money or not.
However, what I can add is that Amistee was very professional, and the workers that came were great. They showed up right on time (to the minute) and worked hard while they were here. Amistee is the name brand of vent cleaning, and they certainly showed why that is the case.
I cannot say if getting the vents cleaned was worth it or not. However, if this is a job you are looking to get done, I would highly suggest Amistee. (See More)
