The first time I used Amistee I was so impressed by how thorough they were not only just cleaning my ducts but also sealing any area that air could escape. Long story short- we had a dead critter producing an awful smell in our air ducts. We had another company lined up to clean the ducts but when the appt time came, they cancelled on us. After calling several other companies, Amistee was fully booked but the dispatcher who answered the phone was still willing to help us in our urgent situation. Torrell and Isaiah arrived shortly and were professional and knowledgeable. Two hours later we had clean ducts and the smell was gone! We will definitely be calling Amistee again! (See More)

Explained what they were going to do and how this helped clean the duct work and used anti-microbial disinfectant to further assure my condo would be free from mold,virus,and bacteria. My wife and I called Amistee through a referral from Thornton and Grooms and made an appointment for a Duct cleaning. From the very first phone call, the level of professionalism and honesty was seriously awesome! We made initial contact with Kelly there, and made the appointment with Julie later in the week. We where quoted a price, out the door no hidden fees or costs, and that price was what it was in the end! Kelly explained the entire process with thoroughness and patience to my wife and I. We are newer homeowners and so have never had this type of process done before. The guys who came out, Torrell, and Jason, where extremely polite and professional, very patient with us and all of our questions and super nice to and patient with our curious kids. They where very punctual and explained to us the whole process again when they got here. They left our basement in a better than before condition too! They where awesome and very nice! I moved into my house 1.5 years ago and based on the stickers on the furnace, I saw that the ducts had not been cleaned in over 15 years.
This is the first time I have lived in a house with ducts that were recently cleaned, and it is too early for me to say if this service is worth the money or not.
However, what I can add is that Amistee was very professional, and the workers that came were great. They showed up right on time (to the minute) and worked hard while they were here. Amistee is the name brand of vent cleaning, and they certainly showed why that is the case.
I cannot say if getting the vents cleaned was worth it or not. However, if this is a job you are looking to get done, I would highly suggest Amistee. (See More)

Amistee Air Duct Cleaning came out about a month ago to clean my air ducts. I am highly satisfied with my service. The air is not dry and allergies are not as intense. The team did a great job, were very professional, and restored my home to exactly how it was before they arrived. Torrell took me to through the process, and reviewed everything they did afterward. They were very professional as they introduced themselves and put on boot covers as they walked in. They covered the floors and even protected the doorway. They explained how they needed to set up and connect to the ductwork. They answered my questions and were extremely thorough, even getting into a tight crawlspace. My duct work had dust and construction debris in it. We did this because we were suffering from allergies and we feel much better now that this was done. I definitely recommend them. Melvin, Torrell & Kevin were very thorough and respectful of our home. Melvin explained the process very well and the options that were available. He made sure we arranged for new filters rather than just put the old ones back in. He walked me through the work they completed, & made sure I understood what had been done and what to do for future maintenance. He identified an area of concern that our Home Inspector had overlooked because it was hidden. He even pointed out a small area of water in our crawl space, which was unrelated to what he was doing and the service his company provided. Melvin and Torrell were very prompt, following a phone call saying they would be here in 15 or 20 minutes. They immediately got to work after explaining exactly what they were going to do. There was some loud noise involved, but they advised us before hand. As they completed the job, they showed me what they had done, as well as showing before and after pictures. We had always been suspicious of duct cleaning, as the prices seemed to be all over the map. We heard about Amistee on the inside outside guys and decided to give them a try.
