The cleaning crew came to our house on time. They were professional and had detailed explanation of the process of cleaning the air duct. They wore masks the whole time and laid out a tarp throughout the house not to damage our flooring. I would recommend this company for a quick and professional cleaning service. After the cleaning, the crew showed us a before and after picture of our ducts.
Lastly, the representative over the phone is kind and professional as well.
All in all a great place to get your air ducts cleaned.

Had my furnace/ac ducts cleaned today by Amistee Air Duct Cleaning, Novi, MI.. It was amazing to see the amount of dust that collects in your ductwork over time. Rob and Donovan did a fantastic job and answered all of our questions. Amistee has the equipment and people to complete the job quickly and efficiently. These guys are fantastic. We had had our ducts cleaned before, the Amistee system was easily twice as effective. I had a great experience with Amistee. Both Alex B. and Donavan were very professional, educated, and kind. They answered all of the questions I had, showed me before and after pictures, and also educated me on how/when to have our ducts cleaned in the future. I am so glad that we chose to have the ducts cleaned, as well as the dryer vent. I can tell the air is cleaner! I will be calling them again in the future when I need the ducts cleaned again!
