We had the pleasure of having Mickey and Alex at our house today. Prompt arrival, courteous, great with kids (and all their questions and letting them observe) ️. Being our first time they explained in detail the process. Covered our floors with tarps, wore booties, cleaned up with a broom and vacuum afterwards! They were on point! Final price (with last minute add on of dryer vent) was right around ball park of the quote we were given via phone from Donna (who was also AMAZING to work with and very thorough and informative).
My little guy would like to give them 10 stars ️️! Highly recommend them for your air duct and dryer vent needs!!!! (See More)

We were very impressed with the service we received from Kyle, Alex and Mickey. We received a call when they were on their way. They showed up on time as scheduled, provided a full explanation of what they were going to do, showed us before and after pics, gave us a walk-through after, and even showed us a vent in which the tubing doesn’t go up as high as it should - losing a little heat/cooling. The team did a great job, were very professional, and restored my home to exactly how it was before they arrived. Torrell took me to through the process, and reviewed everything they did afterward. The pictures say it all. the ducts were dirty, and now they are clean. They were prompt, and finished in about 3 hours. I'd used Amistee again, and will recommend to co-workers and friends. Contracted with Amistee for Air Duct Cleaning and Supply / Return Air Duct Sealing. My expectation was improved HVAC Comfort and Reduced Dust level in house. Duct Cleaning team was very thorough. They created before and after pics to verify activity. Duct Sealing team arrived to go through their extensive set up process. I was cautioned at that time that it was unlikely that my Return ducts could be sealed due to expected initial leakage. I guess I missed that likelihood from the initial Sales contact. The Supply side sealing went well with a 95% leakage reduction as charted. We believe we could immediately feel improved heating air flow. The Initial Leakage for the Return side duct system came back with leakage about 20% too high for the process capability. That was disappointing as I expected that was where my dust level reduction would come from. So bottom line at 11 days after sealing process: Heated air flow improved but no noticeable improvement in dust level (still hoping). My thoughts and ideas that I wish I would have had at that time: Seems like the Return side duct system could have been divided into two halves to allow the sealing process to function. Also, since the special sealing material must be extremely expensive, I should have requested tiered pricing based on the capability of having the Return side sealed or not. Jack D, and Mickey M are just wonderful! They were so thorough and concerned about the job being done properly they took extra time and effort to do so. The Duct Armor job is amazing and I'm so thankful that the ducts under my family room and kitchen (slab) are now safe and clean and sealed!
I kind of hated to see them go! They are so pleasant and respectful. Pure joy to have them in your home.
Also forgot mention that Steve S was the person who first came to see me and sold the process. He was great also!
I will be sharing the news about this process with my neighbors as many people didn't know there was a better way to seal the ducts under a slab. Thanks Amistee...and Jack and Michael! (See More)

Colin and Mike came out for the duct cleaning after we recently finished our basement. Both were personable and professional and did a great job. I was not able to be home when Amistee came to clean and disinfect our ducts. 2 technicians were involved and I do not remember their names. One cleaned and disinfected and the other gave a free estimate on sealing the ducts with aeroseal. The latter never answered my question about the amount of air leaking, although I asked him twice. And when we went to the basement one part of a duct was completely unattached from the other, the mastic seal breaking. A young lady asked me in a follow up phone call if I was satisfied and I told her I did not really know as I was not there. I was sent some pictures which were not very clear to me. I then attached a list of questions for them to answer about the job and never received a reply. Therefore I would not recommend them nor use them again. Michele McBrayer (See More)

We used Amistee to clean and apply Duct Armour to two runs of concrete ductwork in our family room. Melvin was great. He and his crew showed up on time, gave me an easy to understand explanation of the process with an estimated duration and finished in that timeline. After the work was done, he showed me pictures of the interior of the duct before and after. They cleaned up the area and answered all my questions. (See More)
