Adrian S and Tony S did a great job cleaning the air ducts and dryer vent in my house. They were extremely courteous and mindful of wearing a mask per my request. I would have appreciated more tidying up after though - they left a bit of a mess in my basement. The office staff was very helpful in both setting the appointment and giving me a heads-up when Adrian and Tony were on their way. (See More)

Apr 22 of this year Amistee Air Duct co. sent out Adrian and AJ to clean our vents. Can't say enough on both men they answered all the questions my husband asked and then some. I would rate this company and Adrian & AJ a plus 10.

The team from Amistee was prompt, professional, and thorough. They wore masks the entire time they were in my house. They identified issues in my duct work and resolved them. They even found tile chips and tennis balls in my ducts! They made sure to remove them. My only complaint is they could have been more thorough with sweeping the floors in all of the rooms in my basement at the end of the job. They only swept the floor in the furnace room. (See More)

My entire experience with Amistee was absolutely amazing. I called this morning and was assisted by Julie. They got me in today because I explained I was due with our first baby in just 5 days. So they worked around their schedule to get me in before then! Mike and Adrian came right on time, we’re very sweet and explained everything they were doing perfectly. Amazing service! It was our first time, and could not be happier! We had just moved in last month, and wanted everything clean before we fired up the furnace.The air FEELS different. They will show you REAL photos of before and after of the inside of your ducts. Highly recommended, especialy if you have fur pets and kids who are at a lower height! Adrian and Michael came to my home today to clean my HVAC system. They were right on time and did a great job of informing me exactly what they were going to do. Both men were very polite and respectful in their communication while at my home. They worked non stop while solving some unique issues on the way my system had been installed. They were very professional in their approach to the project and did a great job of working within the Covid 19 guide lines set forth by Amistee. After completion of the system cleaning they were very through in cleaning the work area. Oh my word, I cannot say enough good things about Adrian and Mike from AMISTEE AIR DUCT CLEANING AND INSULATION. They arrived promptly, were extremely courteous, explained what work they were going to do and why. They were professional and respectful in their appearance and demeanor and it was obvious they were well trained and experienced for the work they performed. We have two dogs, a French and an English Bulldog. Mike and Adrian showed concern for the dog’s comfort and safety and Lola and Bronco just loved the men. The lady associate ( I apologize that I didn’t get her name) at the office was very knowledgeable about the process and was able to answer my questions and instill in me the confidence I needed to know this company was the right choice to clean my ducts. Amistee provided pictures of the interior of the ductwork upon completion and I was absolutely amazed at the cleanliness. They did an outstanding job and were careful to lay down tarps and foam around corners to prevent any damage. The amount of dust, sawdust and other debris removed blew us away. We originally thought they would have to cut through some drywall for the access they needed, but they found a way around that, thankfully. I have a bed ridden 91 year old in my household & they accommodated doing her bedroom flawlessly & their caring attitude allowed her not to be service or self conscious about having her space invaded. They treated my home like their own home & made sure my furniture & walls were protected as they went room by room cleaning our vents. I “supposedly” had my whole house vent system cleaned out by another well known competitor but now I feel ripped of because Amistee got out stuff that clearly had been missed by the prior service! Now that I known these services are NOT all equal I’ll only use Amistee & I hope to have Barry & Adrian as my Specialists again because the whole experience was so pleasant & painless.
