Melvin and Derek were extremely professional, courteous and pleasant to be around. They were knowledgeable and frequently asked if we had any questions. We were particularly pleased that they pointed out the air duct disinfecting product. Once Melvin explained the product to us we were instantly sure we wanted it. If you gotta get your vents cleaned, Amistee provided a great service. The guys who cleaned our ducts, Melvin B. and Derek P., were professional, very friendly to us, our kids and our cats. I worked from home during the cleaning, which I don’t recommend due to the noise, but they let me know what to expect and even gave me some ear plugs. Very nice! They cleaned up and sealed up the ducts nicely. I would hire them again. (See More)

The team that was sent to my home was very kind and friendly, even said hello to my dog too. I've never had this done to a home and he walked me thru the process before they began. They did a very thorough job thru out the home and took time to answer any questions I had. My mom had a service from a different company, and she said that she thought Amistee did a better job than the other 2 companys. I feel they did a great job and I would highly recommend them. We know that Derek P. was one of the men that came. The other mans name on the paper is Khris W. but we are not sure we selected the correct Khris. (See More)

I moved into a house that had been vacant for 7 years. Kyle and Derek did a stellar job of getting my ducts clean! As I listened to all the debris passing through the tube on it’s way to the truck I was so glad I made the decision to have the ducts cleaned out. I was very impressed with the one hour window for arrival. I appreciated them calling to confirm the appointment and also calling to let me know the technicians were on their way the day of the appointment.
Kyle and Derek explained the cleaning process in detail when they arrived. They worked very hard to get my ducts as clean as possible. I liked that they covered my floors with cloths and even had wall corner guards. They were very professional, polite and so pleasant to have in my home. They left my home in the same condition as when they arrived. It was easy to see they take pride in their career.
Dawn was great when she called me after the cleaning to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. I will certainly use Amistee Duct Cleaning in the future! (See More)
