I have their service today, they did a great job on my air duct cleaning. The two gentlemen (Mike and Barry) are very nice and did very good detail cleaning on every single hot and cold vents on my entire house. We hired Amistee to clean our dryer vent earlier this year and they did a great job. This time they came out to clean our ducts as part of an insurance claim. Michael and Adrian arrived exactly on time, wore masks, and were friendly, professional, and efficient in their work. They were even patient and funny as we worked to wrangle our cats out of their way. We could not have asked for better service, and highly recommend Amistee for any duct or vent cleaning. My entire experience with Amistee was absolutely amazing. I called this morning and was assisted by Julie. They got me in today because I explained I was due with our first baby in just 5 days. So they worked around their schedule to get me in before then! Mike and Adrian came right on time, we’re very sweet and explained everything they were doing perfectly. Amazing service! It was our first time, and could not be happier! We had just moved in last month, and wanted everything clean before we fired up the furnace.The air FEELS different. They will show you REAL photos of before and after of the inside of your ducts. Highly recommended, especialy if you have fur pets and kids who are at a lower height! Oh my word, I cannot say enough good things about Adrian and Mike from AMISTEE AIR DUCT CLEANING AND INSULATION. They arrived promptly, were extremely courteous, explained what work they were going to do and why. They were professional and respectful in their appearance and demeanor and it was obvious they were well trained and experienced for the work they performed. We have two dogs, a French and an English Bulldog. Mike and Adrian showed concern for the dog’s comfort and safety and Lola and Bronco just loved the men. The lady associate ( I apologize that I didn’t get her name) at the office was very knowledgeable about the process and was able to answer my questions and instill in me the confidence I needed to know this company was the right choice to clean my ducts. Amistee provided pictures of the interior of the ductwork upon completion and I was absolutely amazed at the cleanliness. Melvin and Mike cleaned and sanitized my ductwork as part of a basement flood remediation project prior to new HVAC installation. They were FANtastic! Knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and informative every step of the way. They were very thorough in explaining the process and showing me the results of their work afterward. Unlike the last company that performed this service for me, Melvin and Mike cleaned both the heat ducts AND the cold air return ductwork (that the other company did NOT do!). Because of the reconstruction process, there will have to be a second duct cleaning and air quality check service call. I am putting my contractor on notice right now that I want Melvin and Mike to complete the second service. After a long time of battling with allergies, Amistee was recommended to us by another company that specializes in mold remediation. Mike and Rob did an excellent job and removed all kinds of junk from our ductwork. It's a 50 year old house, and there was old dust and construction material in the ductwork. This crew was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and competent. They were more concerned about my home than myself. I appreciated how clean they were and how clean they kept my home. I can't even tell they were here after they left. The after cleaning pictures were very different than the before pics and the cleanliness of the ducts is astounding.
