From start to finish Amistee was very professional. The order desk call me back within several hours and quoted me a cost. The scheduled morning I received a call to let me know the Amistee Team (Brendon B and Seth M) were on the way. They arrived on time, explained what their were going to do. The team did a very good job covering and protecting the flooring and walls for the vacuum tubing and air line’s required for the duct cleaning. Once completed they cleaned up everything and walked me through for the my approval . Both men were kind and very respectful. The whole experience was great and I will be using Amistee again for there other services. (See More)

Brandon and Jamonty were both punctual at the arrival window and extremely efficient and timely in completing our duct cleaning. They were both very friendly and professional. Brandon was very knowledgeable and took time to explain how the cleaning would occur, given our condo has an odd configuration and was not easy for them to access at first glance. They were able to complete the work, given our furnace setup is not ideal for their equipment. Our place already feels cleaner and they did a great job protecting my flooring/stairs/carpet—they ensure to cleanup and random debris. My father had just hired Amistee's #1 local competitor earlier the same week for service at his house. We both saw got to see each company perform and it was clear that Amistee had a clear edge. The guys at Amistee were very courteous and professional. The cleaning went well, they showed me before and after photos of my ductwork and the price, with coupon, was comparable to other companies. They were fast and flexible with their scheduling. Of all the companies I've had going through my new home prior to move-in, they were the most conscientious -- careful with their equipment, always wearing shoe covers, and asking about any other concerns that I may have. Brandon B and James E were very timely for our appointment, they called ahead letting me know when they would arrive. They introduced themselves and 1st reviewed our service needs and what they would be doing, and how they would be doing it and how long it would take to make sure we were on the same page. Brandon asked a few questions around various vents and smells, etc, made suggestions for problems.
