I was extremely impressed with the air duct and vent cleaning service that Glenn Green and his coworker Justin from Amistee provided. Glenn was extremely professional and explained everything before and during the process, even taking pictures. They did a thorough job, even cleaned the furnace! I would give them a 10 star rating! Everyone at Amistee that I dealt with from the initial inquiry, making the appointment until the technicians were done was all professionally handled. Glenn G. & Kristoffer W. were punctual, courteous, very professional and answered all my questions before and during the cleaning cycle. These people are great. We did have a bump or two in the road in getting everything done but they are really great to work with. They listen. Came back out. If you own a home I highly recommend using amistee air duct cleaning. Amazing service and work that is done the right way with before and after pics. Glenn, and Steve were very knowledgeable and walked me through the process from start to finish. Laid blankets down , wore shoe covers in home. Just amazing. Price was very reasonable. Glenn and Alex B were SUPER friendly. I was home with my 2 little children and they were so sweet, talked to them, and made smiles back each time the baby called for them. My daughter was sleeping when they were cleaning the vents, and although I assured them it was okay to wake her, they were so conscious about being quiet and slowly powering the air. I chose the extra anti- bacterial treatment and I have a little more piece of mind knowing the ducts are reeaally clean now. Glenn was sure to answer all my questions about it. Thought I'd share my pleasant experience with their service and hoped it wouldn't go unnoticed. Oh yeah, my after pics show my ducts are squeaky clean now. (See More)

In addition to explaining the procedure, they left everything just as they found it....no mess for us to clean up. On Monday afternoon April 16, 2018, Jeff and Glen arrived at our home to provide a whole house air duct cleaning service. Both technicians were very courteous and professional. They were very careful not to damage our home and to be very clean during the entire process that took about 2.5 hours. They took the time to individually clean each cold air return and heating duct as well as all of the internal main ducts that run back to the furnace/a/c unit. At the completion of the service they provided pictures of the before and after condition of the main duct system. We were very impressed how much dust and debris was removed and how sparkling clean all of the vents were. Two technicians were sent to the house, I was given an arrival time of sometime between 11 and 1, and they showed up at 11:15. Barry and Glenn were very friendly and cordial while in my home. I have only good things to say about Amistee....Austin & Glen came out yesterday....they were so friendly and professional. They explained everything to me, took their time and actually left my laundry area cleaner than before they came. My furnace looked brand new...and the stuff that I heard coming out was crazy. They showed me before and after pictures, and my furnace even sounded like it was running better than before. They fixed a vent in my sons room. Ican't say enough good about these young men and how they did their job. What an asset to your company they are. The office ladies were great too.
