Amistee came highly recommended by Eric and Ehler's Heating and Cooling from Livonia. I was worried about scam or not real quality work etc. Eric said he has heard nothing but good comments about Amistee work and no complaints. I called because we were getting a new furnace and air unit and wanted our vents cleaned out first since we moved here a few years ago and found out it had not been done. Rob S. and Alex E came as a team and they worked like a fine tuned engine. They were efficient, thorough, timely, mindful of your home and cleaned up after themselves. They were also friendly and answered all our questions and inquiries. The before and after pics were very nice and we feel like it was money well spent. The office staff was very kind from setting the appointment, pricing coupon discount to the follow-up post work. This is an A++++ business. I am a believer. My wife and I called Amistee through a referral from Thornton and Grooms and made an appointment for a Duct cleaning. From the very first phone call, the level of professionalism and honesty was seriously awesome! We made initial contact with Kelly there, and made the appointment with Julie later in the week. We where quoted a price, out the door no hidden fees or costs, and that price was what it was in the end! Kelly explained the entire process with thoroughness and patience to my wife and I. We are newer homeowners and so have never had this type of process done before. The guys who came out, Torrell, and Jason, where extremely polite and professional, very patient with us and all of our questions and super nice to and patient with our curious kids. They where very punctual and explained to us the whole process again when they got here. They left our basement in a better than before condition too! They where awesome and very nice! All in all, our experience was very good with Amistee and we would definitely recommend them to our friends and family! Oh my word, I cannot say enough good things about Adrian and Mike from AMISTEE AIR DUCT CLEANING AND INSULATION. They arrived promptly, were extremely courteous, explained what work they were going to do and why. They were professional and respectful in their appearance and demeanor and it was obvious they were well trained and experienced for the work they performed. We have two dogs, a French and an English Bulldog. Mike and Adrian showed concern for the dog’s comfort and safety and Lola and Bronco just loved the men. The lady associate ( I apologize that I didn’t get her name) at the office was very knowledgeable about the process and was able to answer my questions and instill in me the confidence I needed to know this company was the right choice to clean my ducts. Amistee provided pictures of the interior of the ductwork upon completion and I was absolutely amazed at the cleanliness. I am able to confidently highly recommend Amistee to anyone looking to have their air ducts serviced. Again, I thank you Amistee for an “Excellent 5 Star” job. (See More)

Right from entering my info on their website to having my ducts thoroughly cleaned a couple of days later, everything ran smoothly and professionally. The customer service reps (Kelly and Donna) were friendly, helpful, and informative. The cleaning specialists (Barry and Greg) did a great job of not only cleaning my ducts, but makin sure to clean up after themselves with the help of their trusty "zapper". Highly recommend this company and their services, the entire process ran like a well oiled machine. (See More)

The crew came on time, and called when they were on there way. They were polite, answered all of our questions, and were in and out in about 2-3 hours. They recommended we have our dryer vent cleaned every year to prevent a fire. They also said since we did not have any animals, or children in the home and we were non-smokers we could probably wait 5-7 years to have our ducts cleaned again. I appreciate that they did not hard sell and say I must do this again in a few years. (See More)

A great company and excellent work! Kelly made my initial contact pleasant and established an appointment, called to verify, called after service was done to make sure all was well. Being a new home buyer I wanted to do everything I could to make the house mine. Upon renovating the house I found that the air ducts appeared to of never been cleaned. After lots of research and many phone calls I got a quote from Kelly at Amistee. Kelly was super friendly and worked with me to set up a time to have my ducts cleaned that worked best for me. She made sure I knew the process that would take place and what to expect when the technicians arrived. Ryker was very professional and arrived at the agreed time. They were very friendly and took care to make sure to leave no mess behind. I couldn't believe the difference the cleaning made. I can already tell it made a huge difference with my new air quality and removed some unwanted smells. Amistee lived up to there reputation and I would recommend them to any other new home buyers.
