Dustin, Eric and Ricardo were great! Friendly and funny guys. Very professional and crazy hard working. They packed every piece with great care and nothing had a scratch on it. We had a semi complex move with some things going 1 place, some another and other pieces to be disposed of and they handled it all no problem. We even had a couch that looked like it was absolutely too big for a tight doorwell but the guys lifted it up and pivoted it around a made it work. If you're looking for professional, reliable movers, these guys will blow away your expectations. We've used them twice for moving, and were floored at both experiences. We used Charlie, Joe, and Andrew as our movers. They never complained once, didn't want to slow down for a break, and Joe even offered to jump in for a lazy refrigerator delivery person who didn't want to carry in the fridge. Seriously! There's nothing these guys won't do. They got everything done in UNDER the time estimates (which were reasonable to begin with!). They were clean cut and polite as well, which is so refreshing. Boulder-area/Colorado residents appreciate supporting local businesses. American Moving operates as a small business should: their employees seem to be treated really well, and they have great customer service. They'll do the right thing. Mistakes and oopsies happen: in my opinion, it's how a company decides to remedy (or not remedy) these situations that separate the truly great from the "meh" companies. In our situation, one of our rugs was misplaced in storage. They looked, and the movers were actually frantic about it. They called coworkers in the storage facility, to no avail. The rug was never found, but our request was handled very well. We filled out a form, had a few email exchanges, and they ensured we were completely satisfied with the settlement. Customer service means the world to these guys. It's what sets them apart. You absolutely won't be sorry you hire them. (See More)

The team at American Moving provided us both brawn and brain as they thoughtfully and carefully moved our household items for us. They worked steadily through the day planning the packing of the moving truck as well as padding and caring for the items they carried to the truck. Each individual work without interruption and with the greatest of care. Any issue was immediately brought to my attention and resoloived immediately. Each item and box was placed as requested (sometimes more than once). Creative solutions to apparent problems were a great assistance .... couch to large to be moved to a basement was solved by carefully removing the legs and using 4 people to move into a tight space. I would recommened this crew to any commecial or individual requireing thier services. In general, each person exhibited the utmost respect of our property as well as my family. (See More)
