We had a smooth and efficient business move with American Moving. Due to the size of the move we split it to 3 separate dates. The team of Lucas and Dustin was awesome - they tried their best to put as much as they could in the truck and they handled all out items safely and efficiently. From the courtesy and efficiency of scheduling the free estimate to the last time the final mover walked out the door of our new house, the process was flawless. The estimate was delivered promptly and accurately. The follow-up call days before the move and during the move was efficient.
The packers arrived on time, did their work without supervision and most importantly without breaking anything and left early, thus saving me money.
The following day, the movers arrived on time, placed protective plastic on every surface where they were going to step and loaded the truck with our possessions quickly and again, without scratching a wall or piece of furniture.
They arrived at our new house early, unpacked and set-up what needed to be done and departed early. Again, saving me money.
Although American Moving's estimate was nearly twice what a competitor bid (which we thought was way too low), we felt a sense of comfort and professionalism with this company and would highly recommend them. This is the second time we used this company.
The "hands-on" movers were friendly and highly professional and we tipped them generously.

American Moving Very good experience. Crew of 4 guys, Luis was chief, also Dustin, Jesus, and Lucas. On time, friendly, I liked that they all got along well with each other. Worked HARD for 9.5 hours, were efficient but careful. No discernible damage. Luis was easy to communicate with, I liked his good judgement and experience.

Luis, Jesus G, Jesus R, Dustin and Lucas did a great job for me. They arrived on time, were courteous and punctual, and were very careful with my belongings. I would not hesitate to recommend this team. I especially appreciated the experience and knowledge that Luis and Jesus G and Jesus R exhibited.
The reservation team were also excellent, following up with me regularly pre-move to make sure everything was on-track.

Dustin, Eric and Ricardo were great! Friendly and funny guys. Very professional and crazy hard working. They packed every piece with great care and nothing had a scratch on it. We had a semi complex move with some things going 1 place, some another and other pieces to be disposed of and they handled it all no problem. We even had a couch that looked like it was absolutely too big for a tight doorwell but the guys lifted it up and pivoted it around a made it work. Very efficient and smooth process from the in-home consultation, through the move, and following up afterward. Having the in-home consultation reassured me that the team at American Moving and Storage would mobilize the right resources for my move. Jesus, Dustin, and Mylo were AMAZING-- polite, fast (practically running at times), and asked appropriate questions. Having a higher rate than other companies was worth not having to keep track of furniture assembly/disassembly, extra boxes, etc. Additionally, I received a phone call and had an in-person supervisor contact me day of the move to make sure everything was going well. i was recommended by a friend. Maurice did the initial appointment to estimate the amount of belongings to be moved. The crew arrived on time to pick up and pack. Delivery next went off without a hitch. The crew also unpacked a POD for me. The crew was pleasant and was good at asking questions about placement of boxes and furniture. Highly recommend! Everything about my experience with American Moving & Storage was a 10. Todd, who initially helped get my move set up definitely gets a 10 for excellent customer service. He responded to my on line inquiry promptly and professionally and followed up with me several times to see if I needed further help or had questions. The team of Mike and Dustin were on time, courteous, helpful and efficient and did an overall outstanding job. I got 3 quotes and while American Moving & Storage was not the least expensive their rates were reasonable and competitive. I chose them because of the prompt response I received from Todd.
