I called American Home Services when my tankless hot water heater stopped working. Once Crystal in the office and Don the service tech got my call I was back in hot water in 2 days. Just bought new CleanStart system by RainSoft from American Home Services. Can not say enough good things about American Home Services. Installation was fast and smooth. As a RAINSOFT Customer of 14 years, I can testify to the wonderfulness of the RAINSOFT WATER TREATMENT SYSTEM. Water is the source of life and while we are blessed in our modern day to have water distributed to each and every home, business, and facility in the world FOR pennies on the dollar. We can not say the same for the quality of water delivered. The current water purification technology is toxic using chlorine, ammonia, and other harsh solvents to disinfect the water. However, it is cheap. So it is up to each individual family to protect themselves. You have the water and I recommended you get the RAINSOFT WATER TREATMENT SYSTEM to protect your family. It is the best and comes with a lifetime warranty. That said, my husband and I just moved here last year. We have been working with AMERICAN HOME SERVICES (AHS). They are the ones to Sell and Service all RAINSOFT SYSTEM in the Greater Kansas City Area. Everyone in the office is great and offers wonderful, friendly, timely customer service. They are extremely knowledgeable of all the products specifications. I will say whether you need a new system installed or you have a current system needing relocated, AMERICAN HOME SERVICES will meet all your needs with the utmost professionalism. I called American home Services to make an appointment to have my yearly furnace tune-up and the staff was GREAT! They were able to get me an appt in 1 day. I have used this company previously for A/C tune-ups and they are always very professional, courteous, and on time and never leave a mess. We have had several different techs do different things with HVAC and plumbing for us and they are all very knowledgeable about what they do and their products. We will definatly use again! We had AHS come out for an AC tune up and we have not been happier. Andy was very knowledgeable and explained everything he did as he worked. After dealing with problem after problem with my kinetico water system I had these guys install their rainsoft system. Couldn't be happier and I waited a year to post this review. They even follow up every once and awhile to make sure everything is still going okay. Glad to see there are companies that are still concerned even after they get paid.
