First, I'd like to say that I have been very difficult to work with since the start of this transaction. Robert came out and did an awesome job with his presentation. The water cleaning system seems to be a great product. I really liked what I was showed. Don came out and installed the equipment and it took him a few hours but he did an awesome job. He took his time to make sure things were in correctly. I have spoke with Crystal a few times with a few things that I totally misunderstood. She was very caring and understood my concerns. I have also spoken with Andy and Peter who both have been very patient with me and my issues. This team of folks has been nothing more than nice to me and understanding. This review is geared more towards the customer service I've received the past few days. I would absolutely recommend this company. I can not yet comment on the actual SoftWater system, but from the demo seems to be a great system. Overall I have had a good experience and more trouble to these group of folks than one person should ever be allowed! (See More)
