Charles came by and answered all of my questions (I had lots of them). And then Phillip did a very quality job of installing the new unit which was a half day job due to it being a commercial grade unit.

The installation of my new HVAC system, including new duct work, was such a pleasure, I don't even mind writing the check. From quote to final test of the system, I experienced knowledgeable, professional, respectful team members. They answered my incessant questions; when I had a schedule issue, they changed their schedule to insure I had heat when the temperature dropped over the weekend; they practiced good Covid recommendations...I simply cannot say enough good things about them. I would single out every single employee I have had dealings with for a special thank you. That includes Charles, Mike, the young man fresh out of high school, Phillip, Clemente, Chris, forgive me if I missed someone. This company ranks in the top three of any I have dealt with in my 70 plus years. (See More)

From the my initial service call to the end HVAC installation, All Temp representatives were professional and attentive to my needs. Phillip and his coworkers were very courteous during installation and when done explained the install to me completely. I appreciated his willingness to make sure I was informed and happy. After Billy Calloway did the design, Phillip S. was the lead installer for our total replacement and expansion of our upstairs Hvac system.
