I am so grateful to AllTemp. They put me on the schedule right away because our AC was not working and it was very hot inside and out. Sal got our AC back up and running. He worked all afternoon on the unit to make sure it was running properly. I was braced for a huge bill since he had been here so long but was so surprised to hear him say it was all covered under the warranty! I recently had them perform an inspection on both of my AC units. It was approximately $250. They looked at both units and said one had a leak but the other was fine. I got the report the following morning and it was complete garbage. The report didn’t have any useful information and didn’t even say anything about the leak.
I called about the poor quality of the report and they offered to come and find the leak for free. The tech was great and found the leak within an hour. They called me later in the day and said the part was $256.00 and they will send me a quote for the whole job. The next morning, I received a quote for $2000.00. I did research and found the part price was indeed $250. I asked where the other costs were from and they said they couldn’t tell me that. This is a very shady thing to do. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
Update: I have contacted another company to come and look at the issue. When asked what All Temp quoted me, the guy laughed and said, how can someone be so dishonest? I am having it replaced tomorrow morning for $900.00 which includes parts, labor and tax versus the $2026.58 that all temp quoted. Choose wisely folks. (See More)

I have used All Temp for many years and am always impressed by the knowledge and politeness of their technicians. Just last week at the regular Spring maintenance check-up Sal the technician found that the humidifier solenoid was not functioning. I have always received excellent service from this company.Sal A has been servicing my HVAC system last Fall 2016 and again this Spring 2017. I brought to his attention that the A/C filters that he left me do not fit my vents when I went to change them. They are too small and I feel they do not fit tightly enough to filter the air properly. This is something perhaps the company needs to consider in order to save money on a product that is not quite as efficient as the ones previously given to the customer. (See More)
