I saw a glowing review on my neighborhood FB page and decided it was time I had routine maintenance done on my AC unit. From making the appointment to the tech coming to my house was a great experience. They explained everything to me, since I know nothing about AC, they were professional, and Mike C. was funny, personable, and did a thorough job of performing routine maintenance. Was referred to company by neighbor. There is always trepidation where HVAC is concerned. I was afraid the outcome would be disastrous. I had noted that fan system would remain on long after thermostat was satisfied which seemed strange. I had never experienced that in any house I owned. Mike was on time and appropriately Covid prepared and Very friendly. Turns out the system has a whole house ventilation control system which keeps fresh air circulating. Once it reaches level it should it shuts off. $100 well spent. Other companies may have "found" something major to "fix" and I wouldn't have been the wiser. All Temp you've got a customer. (See More)

Mike and his partner came out this morning to install a new furnace and AC. From the moment they got there, I could tell they were professionals. Not only that, but they were kind and polite. The installation of my new HVAC system, including new duct work, was such a pleasure, I don't even mind writing the check. From quote to final test of the system, I experienced knowledgeable, professional, respectful team members. They answered my incessant questions; when I had a schedule issue, they changed their schedule to insure I had heat when the temperature dropped over the weekend; they practiced good Covid recommendations...I simply cannot say enough good things about them. I would single out every single employee I have had dealings with for a special thank you. That includes Charles, Mike, the young man fresh out of high school, Phillip, Clemente, Chris, forgive me if I missed someone. The office staff walked us through each step of our commercial HVAC replacement (including multiple proposals, financing, etc.) and answered all of our questions patiently and thoroughly. Mike was the on-call guy that responded to my request for after-hours service. He was able to diagnose the problem with my A/C unit quickly and devise a plan for the repair. After delivering my daughter I returned home 2 days later (today) to an unresponsive AC system. After realizing that today was Sunday and most businesses were closed, I quickly began to panic. With a newborn in hand, recovering from a C section and temperatures above 95 outdoors, it seemed like nothing was going right. After a quick Google search I found and called All Temp Co. Mike, the technician, arrived within 30 minutes of my call (he was scheduled for 7pm) . He found, fixed and resolved my issue within the hour. He gave helpful tips and provided great service during his visit. I would definitely use this company again. They were truly a blessing today. (See More)

I can honestly say, from start to finish the A-one team are the kind of people that are easy to deal with. They were honest about my options on my aged hvac system and didn't try to over up sale me . The installation crew , Mike and Isaac, came right on time and completed my installation ahead of schedule. They even vacuumed . I am very satisfied with my whole experience.
