Christian explained and demonstrated the problem in detail and told me my options to fix the problem. Within 24 hours All Temp called to tell me they had the part needed, gave me the cost and scheduled a time on same day for Christian to come back out and fix the problem. Responsive and professional. All Temp was able to repair our ancient HVAC on the spot (they had parts on hand). While the technician, Christian, made recommendations for a new system eventually, he did not oversell at all. We were dreading this experience (because based on a past experience with another company, we assumed it would take a long time to diagnose and get the right parts, or that we would have to get a new system), but we were so pleased with the result and will absolutely go back to them. Christian P. responded to my call about a noise behind my wall. Thinking it might be a drip from my AC unit. He checked both units and found no problems. He blew out the hoses just in case. He also searched both my attic and crawl space and said he thought it might be a problem in the plumbing pipes making the noise. He was polite and knowledgeable and went beyond the necessary to find my problem. I have not heard the noise since. (See More)
