I have been a customer of All City Electrical for over 5 years and have used them for installing and servicing a whole house generator to correcting problems in the breaker box. We needed to get some electricity into our backyard, and also wanted to upgrade our lights so the pathway back to the back of the house was lit. We had Joe and Mike come out to look at our place and let us know what they thought was the best options for us. They were both on time, very professional and polite, and even went so far as to put on booties to come into the house, and wear masks around us. Mike helped us solve our problem on how we would wire the lights to outside, and I am so happy with his solution! We now have motion sensor pathway to the back, and have a nice soft light in the back of the house as well! For the actual service done, it was Matt and Nick B who came two days in a row to work on our place. They were extremely polite and even helped us solve the problem of how we would turn on and off the lights from a common area (they used a wireless remote! How cool is that!) They also made sure their work looked great (aesthetically) and made sure to clean up after everything they did. Extra props to them since they had to go into our AC-less attic on a hot June day. Everything looks great, and it was wonderful to work with the All City Electrical crew - from the quoting done to the actual workers who installed things.... I also appreciated that any questions I had on technical terms was answered so I could understand. Other companies make you pay for a quote, or they take forever to get back to you, so I appreciated everything they did to help us get our backyard to a place where we can enjoy it for the upcoming holiday weekend! If I ever need anything electrical again, I will give them a call for sure. (See More)

In preparing to sell my house, I requested an inspection of all electrical issues. They did this thoroughly and proceeded to replace smoke and CO detectors, broken or malfunctioning fixtures and plugs , and damaged wires. The work was excellent and fairly priced. The people performing it were unusually conscientious and thoroughly competent, and they kept at it until it was perfect. When they finished, they cleaned up after themselves and left the place in spotless condition. I highly recommend them. (See More)

Joe and Ralph did an excellent job at a very fair price. To prepare my house for sale, I had them do a complete inspection of all electrical issues. They fixed everything, including smoke/CO detectors, loose or malfunctioning plugs and light fixtures, and damaged wires. Living in an old house, a recent rehab uncovered knob and tube wiring. We required an extensive rewire. What could have been a painful and messy job turned out to be work performed professionally and thoroughly by a group of skilled and pleasant professionals. The work was explained in advance by the owner, Mike, and was completed and explained every step of the way by Joe, Ralph and Orlando, (as well as completed neatly and in the time frame promised). From start to finish All City Electrical has been amazing to work with. Michael & Joe had been out to look at my electrical panel/service and made recommendations, including following up with a detailed invoice to look over. It was a no pressure interaction. Anna Maria from the office followed up to confirm that I received the estimate and see if I had any questions. The day of the service or estimate they also send an email reminder of the appointment with the name and picture of the person/people who will be there. It has been a multi day job to have my electric service upgraded, multiple fans/lights and more. Ralph, Matt, Steve, Andrew, Nick B & Rob they took the time to set expectations around power being out and answer questions that we had before, during & after, including making sure we knew what to point out when the city inspector would be looking for so that we can tell him/her where it is. Despite all the materials & tools that were brought in and around the house they left the place spotless. This wasn't the first service with All City Electrical & I will gladly recommend them. The team at All City Electrical did an amazing job upgrading the lighting in our basement. Joe was very informative and helped put a clear and cost efficient plan together to add LED cans in three different zones of our basement and LED wafers in our laundry area. Once the plan was set, Jacob, Edgar and Jake did an outstanding job with the installations. They were very professional and courteous and checked to make sure we were ok with the final light locations throughout the basement. Ultimately, our basement is no longer a dark and dingy cave! I finally have an electrician I can trust. I am extremely happy with the level of service and professionalism I received from All City. All City recently performed a full service breaker replacement and installed a PVC conduit from the power line at my house. Throughout the entire experience - same-day estimate to service and payment - I never once felt uncomfortable or like I was being taken advantage of. Mike and his team of techs Orlando and Raphael were thorough and neat with the project. I would happily recommend this company to anyone. Update: I had All City Electrical out for a series of small jobs around the house (installing external outlets, ceiling fan installation, external flood lights, etc.). Joe, Tony and Andrew were the service technicians that completed the job in just under 2 days. Once again, I'm very satisfied with the service and professionalism of All City. Joe and Team were extremely professional explaining each task and ensuring that they were completed to a high level of quality. Once completed, they cleaned up all debris and vacuumed up all dust. All City did a major electrical job for us, replacing all the remaining knob and tube wiring in our home, adding and updating recessed ceiling lighting, adding outside outlets, and wiring and installing ceiling fans/lights in all the upstairs bathrooms. I can’t say enough about the quality of the work Joe and his team (Steve, Ralph, and Manuel) did for us. They were very methodical and neat with everything they did and communicated at the beginning and end of every day regarding what was planned and what was completed. This job took about 3 weeks and touched every room in the house. Joe took special care to minimize the disruption and inconvenience by planning the work accordingly. We had a number of additional requests as the work progressed which were not in the original work order. Joe and the team readily accommodated all of them. The work was started and completed on the scheduled dates. All City was also very accommodating in adjusting their schedules to install the fans, which were delayed from the manufacturer, before Christmas. This is my 3rd time using All City. They do a great job, great service. Very respectful of the appointment times set. Joseph B. was here this recent job and he was great. Super helpful and offered to take care of hard wiring my Ring door bell which had a dead battery (again bc I did not want to attempt to hard wire it myself). I only had a light fixture install scheduled. Taking the time to do that extra little project really makes Joe and All City stand out. I would highly recommend them for any electrical work you need. Ralph called a full half hour to alert me about his arrival time. He worked professionally and thoroughly to remove an old ceiling fixture from an even older electrical set-up. The drop cloth and booties enabled him to keep my home free from debris. Ralph then hung the new, modern fixture and made sure it was tied up higher than regular drop-length while other home improvement projects like painting were to be done. He explained how to lower the light to the proper above-dining table height once we were ready to do that in the future. This was all very practical information, explained in a respectful and helpful way. Joe and I went from attic to both floors and to the basement as he checked every single outlet and explained why several needed replacing. He also gave many suggestions and explanations as to best ways to improve outlets and fixtures for safety. I learned a lot about proper use of extension cords, etc. One of the bonus moments was when Joe moved 2 ranges and 2 refrigerators so he could test the outlets. It gave us the opportunity to "spring clean" these usually hard-to-reach areas even before spring officially arrived! All City Electrical has been providing electrical service to us for the past 3 years. Most recently, we completed electrical work in our basement to remedy a sump pump issue, install GFCI outlets and upgrade our sub-panel. Mike, Joe B and Igor were very professional. Mike did an overall inspection of our home and created an estimate for each project. We made the basement a priority due to the sump pump and Mike gave us an exact estimate. At the completion of the project, the final cost reflected the estimate and we were able to use a $100 coupon. We are very pleased with the result and appreciated Joe B and Igor's attention to detail, neatness and explanation of what was done. We feel at ease knowing the sump pump has its dedicated circuit, the proper outlets are installed and the panel is up-to-date and within code. All City Electrical is knowledgeable about electrical codes and this couldn't be more important. We look forward to working with Mike and the team on our next project. All City Electric recently completed a job at my home and performed exceptionally. A seemingly quick job turned in to a much larger scope of work when old wiring was found throughout the house. Mike and his team did a fantastic job of explaining the issues, helping with decision points and fitting us in their schedule despite the scope of work increasing from 2-3 days of effort to roughly 8 days when the wiring issues were found. Joe and Igor were on site each day and were courteous, professional and patient. Joe took his time to show me exactly what was being done, or give me enough information to make necessary decisions on how the work should be handled. In a new home with a child on the way, Joe and Igor worked laboriously to ensure all their work was done safely and professionally while still managing to speed up the timeline (they finished a day early). Also, enough cannot be said about their professionalism. Each day started with a run down of what they intended to do, each day ended with a summary of work completed. They paid close attention to detail, even when cleaning up their areas of work, and would leave the house each day exactly as they found it. They moved furniture back and forth when needed, wore shoe covers while inside the house and again, left the place each evening as if they were never there. They even put in extra effort to install temporary lighting so we were not left in the dark while the home was being rewired. The above mentioned serviceman,has performed numerous electrical services at my home. This date of 10/27/18 he installed a furnace thermometer and did an excellent job programming same. However, he misplaced one of the wires in the wr slot when it should have been placed in the w slot on the left. I corrected this error through the support service of the Honeywell thermometer. He has done outstanding work in the past. I rate him as being very knowledgeable and a first rate electrician. (See More)

We had a crew from All City Electrical in today and they were great. The crew was led by Joe in addition to Igor and Orlando. They all took time especially Joe to explain everything as they went along which was very impressive. They encountered some challenges and consulted me before proceeding which I was really impressed by. They also took time to thoroughly clean up and Joe did a complete walk through to show me everything once it was completed. One thing that I was really impressed by was that they put covers on their shoes when they came into the house so as not to drag in dirt. This really impressed me. It was a pleasure because I had work done by the company some years ago. It was a wonderful experience just knowing that the company still have their great standards and professionalism. Ceiling fan light wasn't working. Replacing bulb didn't fix it. Called another electrician, who said we needed to replace the whole unit. Bought one and called All City to install. Turned out current unit wasn't broken at all -- other electrician was just wrong. Joe fixed it. Very helpful and professional -- they will now be my go-to electricians. (See More)

Finding an electrician to renovate a master bedroom and bathroom was difficult. I called 9 electrians. Some didn’t return phone calls, some I simply didn’t want in my home. I had 3 companies come and prepare quotes. All City Wasn’t the cheapest, but they were priced fairly for what I received. Mike, the owner of All City focuses on professionalism. They said what they would do, and did what they said. From calling me as they were caught in traffic, to putting surgical covering on their boots before entering my home.
