I called to inquire about service. Michael V. called back, was informative and up front regarding any fees. He was able to squeeze me in for that day. Robert and Edgar arrived, both were very respectful, patient, knowledgeable and nice. They were prompt and gave me a call in advance before arrival. They assessed the lighting problem in our home. Eureka, we now have lights!!!! Thank you Robert, Edgar and Michael. Also note, I didn't catch her name but the woman who initially took my call was also very nice and helpful. Great customer service at every level with this company. I will definitely refer them to others and use them again. So pleased with the service that I have already discussed future projects. We needed to get some electricity into our backyard, and also wanted to upgrade our lights so the pathway back to the back of the house was lit. We had Joe and Mike come out to look at our place and let us know what they thought was the best options for us. They were both on time, very professional and polite, and even went so far as to put on booties to come into the house, and wear masks around us. Mike helped us solve our problem on how we would wire the lights to outside, and I am so happy with his solution! We now have motion sensor pathway to the back, and have a nice soft light in the back of the house as well!
For the actual service done, it was Matt and Nick B who came two days in a row to work on our place. They were extremely polite and even helped us solve the problem of how we would turn on and off the lights from a common area (they used a wireless remote! How cool is that!) They also made sure their work looked great (aesthetically) and made sure to clean up after everything they did.
Extra props to them since they had to go into our AC-less attic on a hot June day. Everything looks great, and it was wonderful to work with the All City Electrical crew - from the quoting done to the actual workers who installed things.... I also appreciated that any questions I had on technical terms was answered so I could understand.
Other companies make you pay for a quote, or they take forever to get back to you, so I appreciated everything they did to help us get our backyard to a place where we can enjoy it for the upcoming holiday weekend! If I ever need anything electrical again, I will give them a call for sure. (See More)

From start to finish All City Electrical has been amazing to work with. Michael & Joe had been out to look at my electrical panel/service and made recommendations, including following up with a detailed invoice to look over. It was a no pressure interaction. Anna Maria from the office followed up to confirm that I received the estimate and see if I had any questions. The day of the service or estimate they also send an email reminder of the appointment with the name and picture of the person/people who will be there.
It has been a multi day job to have my electric service upgraded, multiple fans/lights and more. Ralph, Matt, Steve, Andrew, Nick B & Rob they took the time to set expectations around power being out and answer questions that we had before, during & after, including making sure we knew what to point out when the city inspector would be looking for so that we can tell him/her where it is. Despite all the materials & tools that were brought in and around the house they left the place spotless.
This wasn't the first service with All City Electrical & I will gladly recommend them. (See More)

Spoke with Michael on the phone after researching local electricians. He reached out to me quickly and got back to me with a quote right away. Ralph and Matt came to the house to do the work. All City Electrical has been providing electrical service to us for the past 3 years. Most recently, we completed electrical work in our basement to remedy a sump pump issue, install GFCI outlets and upgrade our sub-panel. Mike, Joe B and Igor were very professional. Mike did an overall inspection of our home and created an estimate for each project. We made the basement a priority due to the sump pump and Mike gave us an exact estimate. At the completion of the project, the final cost reflected the estimate and we were able to use a $100 coupon. We are very pleased with the result and appreciated Joe B and Igor's attention to detail, neatness and explanation of what was done. We feel at ease knowing the sump pump has its dedicated circuit, the proper outlets are installed and the panel is up-to-date and within code. All City Electrical is knowledgeable about electrical codes and this couldn't be more important. We look forward to working with Mike and the team on our next project. I had 3 ceiling fans installed. Mike came to give an estimate. He was on time and supplied a LOT of references. When we agreed to hire him, we set up a date and he was there, on time. They (2 guys) worked all day without a break. They put on paper booties so they wouldn't track dirt in the house. They moved the furniture and put tarps around so any debris from the ceiling wouldn't fall on the furniture. Mike even followed up with an email thanking us for our business. A recent severe storm damaged my outside electrical connections. I called All City Electrical for repair work. I am a demanding customer and hard to please (there is so much shoddy work out there) - but I am very delighted to "sing the praises" of All City Electrical. Everyone was totally professional.....from Stephanie who answered the phone to Mike Vople (the owner) to Joe who completed the work itself. Mike explained the work that needed to be done in detail...I had an estimate emailed to me within 20 minutes and the work was completed by the time that I arrived home at a very fair and competitive price. All City Electrical installed 8 recessed lights, moved several light switch locations and cleaned up electrical work that was incorrectly completed by the previous owner of my house (i recently purchased the house). Mike and his team are true professionals, operate efficiently and are priced fairly. Mike was able to work around my tight timeframe in which i needed the work completed. I had 3 different electricians come to give estimates. Mike V from All City came quickly to give me an estimate, was easy to get on the phone and was very professional. Both of them put covers on their shoes when they came in which I was happy for since I have young children who are always on the floor.
