For starters the electricians Ralph and Nick were awesome! They completed work on my home today 8/23/22. They were efficient, very knowledgeable, and overall great at their jobs. They made sure to explain all that they did, what needed to be done, and even estimate how long it would take to complete. I am overly satisfied and if I can will look for those guys to assist on any other services my home my need in the future. The company is great and even patient with the payment process. I called to inquire about service. Michael V. called back, was informative and up front regarding any fees. He was able to squeeze me in for that day. Robert and Edgar arrived, both were very respectful, patient, knowledgeable and nice. They were prompt and gave me a call in advance before arrival. They assessed the lighting problem in our home. Eureka, we now have lights!!!! Thank you Robert, Edgar and Michael. Also note, I didn't catch her name but the woman who initially took my call was also very nice and helpful. Great customer service at every level with this company. I will definitely refer them to others and use them again. So pleased with the service that I have already discussed future projects. From start to finish All City Electrical has been amazing to work with. Michael & Joe had been out to look at my electrical panel/service and made recommendations, including following up with a detailed invoice to look over. It was a no pressure interaction. Anna Maria from the office followed up to confirm that I received the estimate and see if I had any questions. The day of the service or estimate they also send an email reminder of the appointment with the name and picture of the person/people who will be there.
It has been a multi day job to have my electric service upgraded, multiple fans/lights and more. Ralph, Matt, Steve, Andrew, Nick B & Rob they took the time to set expectations around power being out and answer questions that we had before, during & after, including making sure we knew what to point out when the city inspector would be looking for so that we can tell him/her where it is. Despite all the materials & tools that were brought in and around the house they left the place spotless.

Edgar and Stanley did an excellent job. They installed 7 4" recessed cans in my kitchen and 2 4" recessed cans over my shower. They also installed power outlets under my sink for a garbage disposal and hot water heater. They were the only electricians I spoke to that didn't try to make me put canless lights in and we're very careful not to damage the accent wall I had. They were very helpful in suggesting where the lights should go and the lights really changed the entire look of my apartment. They did have to cut some holes in the wall but that's expected with electric work and they rough patched them so all I had to to was sand it down smooth, took no time at all. They also cleaned up after themselves and there was no dust left other than on the paper I put out for my other jobs. Some electricians came in a little lower but they seemed less professional; All City Electric is definitely worth it and I will be calling them soon for some additional work. (See More)

They were on time, polite, and worked dilligently. They removed an existing fan, chandelier and replaced with a new fan and recessed lights. They did an amazing job. My kitchen looks so different. Nice and bright. They had suggestions and so happy I went with them. They also installed a Chandelier in the foyer as well as track lights over the vanity in the bedroom. I was concerned there were going to be holes everywhere but there weren't many at all. They were super careful and worked really hard to make me happy. And they absolutely did. This is my 2nd time hiring them and will continue to time and time again. You get what you pay for, they are totally worth it such quality. Raphael, Stephen, Andrew and Edgar did an awesome job. The All City Electrical service tech Steve did an outstanding job on installing a new electrical panel to accomodate an outside generator with interlock, switch and outdoor receptacle. Their work was excellent took a minimum of time was neat and the equipment installed correctly. They thoroughly covered the steps on how to use the interlock switch and panel and the sequence of hooking up the generatoe, cable and how to activate the power into our household system. Super job. New elec service including mast, 2 exterior motion detectors, replace motion light over garage, new outlets, dimmer switches. When I met with Mike, we went over the scope of work I wanted done. He quoted me a price and said it would take 2 days and they start between 8-9 am. I asked if he could get here earlier because I would lose pay from work and they got here before 8 so I was able to go to work. Also, because the weather was going to be bad on the 2nd day, he switched around crews and had more men with him for my job, finishing in 1 day. They were mindful of my 2 cats and wore "booties" over their shoes and put drop cloths down where they would be working. Cleaned up so nice I didn't even know they were here. Trust all the raving reviews! Owner Mike did the estimate for what will be 2 separate jobs, one is complete, the other will be scheduled in about a month or so. Very professional, courteous and organized. The crew that did the work was also courteous, professional and their truck and equipment were laid out and set up without making a mess. Mike came by about mid-way through to ensure the project was going well, the crew wasn't running into any issues, there were no questions on our part, etc. The crew obviously respects him - in no way did it seem like he was "checking up on them", which makes me believe even more so that they are as trustworthy as I thought. The end product (upgraded to 200amp service and a new panel) is very high quality, neat and organized. No reused screws or any corner-cutting off any kind. I was walked through everything when they were done (and also during the process when I looked at their progress, but I didn't want to get in the way). Excellent all around.
