From start to finish, the professionalism and customer service of Air & Water Quality, Inc was exceptional. Guidance from Will at the Freeport, Maine showroom was outstanding and the at-residence assessment conducted by Tony was top notch. Combined, come installation day of our new Kenetico K5 reverse osmosis system, all boxes had been checked and we were very confident with our choice to go with Air & Water Quality. Based on our interactions with the team thus far, our expectations were high.
Dean was the master plumber/installer and his performance went beyond expectations. He came prepared to meet any and all challenges and his thoroughness and meticulousness were greatly appreciated. There was certainly no "I can"t see it from my house" mentality. Job well done!!

Dean and his team were professional, personable and did an excellent job of installing the radon water mitigation system in my house (basement).

The work and customer service provided by Dean set the bar for what all business' should strive for! Dean was respectful of our home, leaving it in order and spotless throughout the installation. He worked with us to fine-tune the layout to maximize our space and provide easy access for maintenance.
His friendly personality and dedication to providing a flawless installation was something that we thought had disappeared in regard to business relationships today!

Dean is an exceptional employee

caring and explained in detail how to operate the new system. He took away all of the old equipment and cardboard from the new, leaving the area cleaner

Tony was extremely courteous and knowledgeable when he made an on site visit. Alan scheduled my appointment to install a reverse osmosis unit as well as a water softener. He kept me informed of the date and time of arrival as well as answering any questions I had. Dean was the service pro who installed the units. He worked non-stop to ascertain completion in one day. He explained how the whole system worked as well as answering the many questions I had. He was well-mannered, efficient and courteous along with leaving my cellar in spotless condition.
