Thanks to ****** at Air & Water Quality in *********, *****, we were able to have our well water, as well as, our R/O system water tested. She provided us with great customer service. She was very friendly, professional and patient with the questions I asked. It seems to me, that it is very hard to find customer service people that are so friendly and helpful. We would most certainly recommend this company to anyone who would like to have their air and water tested.By the way, the results were received within a week of submitting a sample. We bought a home in Brunswick 2 1/2 years ago which had multiple “ water treatment systems “ , which we had no experience with. We found that Air & Water had installed and serviced much of our equipment and promptly called for a service appointment. Air & Water came out and explained the entire system to us and how to manage it and has been out a few times since to replace filters for our Reverse Osmosis equipment. These guys are very professional, friendly and efficient-They also have been very patient with my questions! We are so grateful to have this company to rely on when we need service ,we highly recommended Air & Water Quality to anyone who has existing water treatment equipment or are considering installation of a new water treatment system for their home ! Had a system installed today to clean up our water. Service was top notch from the initial phone consultation to having the water tested and system spec'd to the actual install today. After the quote was sent there was zero pressure to purchase which for me was such a relief. Workmanship of the actual installation far exceeded my expectations. Air and Water Quality recently installed a radon system for us - Jason arrived just before the scheduled time and was very efficient with the installation, taking less time than anticipated. He was extremely friendly and professional with his comments before, during and after the installation. Everything is working the way it should. Jason from Air and Water Quality deserves the highest commendation for the work he did at our home. He overcame a huge challenge with mitigating radon and ultimately persevered in not only figuring out the issue but also rectifying it. He arrived at 8:30 and completed the job by 7:00 pm. Very professional company. They typically contact me by email yearly
to work on my water cleaning system (reverse osmosis, chlorination and charcoal filtering systems). In addition they recently did a great job installing a radon abatement system in my son's home. Prior to installing the radon system they advised me on some needed sealing that needed to be done and gave enough instructions that we were able to do this at minimal cost on our own. (See More)

A&WQ just replaced a water softener that they installed, along with a water radon removal unit, 27 years ago. In all those years, they have been responsive to my needs, problems, snd questions. These guys are real pros. I liked Earl, the technician who installed the new system yesterday. He was punctual, even with a 1 1/2 hour drive, and his work was excellent. The new system seems to be working perfectly. A&WQ deals with products that are more expensive than those at big box stores, but you get what you pay for. 27 years for a water softener is amazing -- and the radon unit is still going strong! This is the second system I have had installed by Air & Water Quality. First was an arsenic whole house system in 2017, today a water softener. Had two different installers, both were very courteous and professional. When each system was complete they explained what had to be done to take care of the system and answered all questions. I HAD A PROBLEM WITH SMALL ACID DAMAGE TO MY PIPES OVER A YEARS TIME DUE TO RECENT LOWERING OF WATER USAGE.I DID RESEARCH ON THE WEB AND CONTACTED 4 DIFFERENT WATER COMPANYS.I WAS MOST IMPRESSED WITH AIR WATER QUALITY'S SALES CONSLTANT ROD CHAFEE WHO CAME OUT AND DID AN INSPECTION OF MY PROBLEM.ROD EPLAINED HIS RECOMENDATIONS AND GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE LATER THE SAME DAY.I HAVE MADE SEVERAL TRIPS TO A/W OFFICE IN ELLSWORTH ALLWAYS BEING GREETED BY OFFICE MGR. I've been a customer since I purchased my house in 2012. I inherited issues with our water system mostly due to a slow yielding well that we were not aware of at the time we purchased the house. I've had Air & Water at our house many times and have placed many calls to them. Each and every time the entire staff has been extremely patient, courteous and knowledgable. We now have a perfectly working system...for now and will always use A&W with full confidence. They are far superior to any of their Maine competitors. (See More)

This team provided me exemplary customer service after installation. I had water filtration and radon prevention systems installed at my house, which was courteous and timely in execution. There was an issue with water in my basement that occurred sometime after the installation, that I was attributing to the radon mitigation system (it had nothing to do with it). The team was courteous and patient with me, eventually paying a service visit to troubleshoot the issue - it had to do with a water filter pressure relief line unsecure into the sewer line. They showed me the problem, and then fixed the issue, at no cost to me. Not only did they demonstrate careful patience with an upset customer, but they fixed an issue that was not their responsibility, at no charge. This was service well above and beyond the expectation. In regards to the products, both systems are up and functioning well with no complications. I highly recommend them based on the quality of their products and their customer care. (See More)
