From the moment we called for an estimate and received professional, knowledgeable service from the reception staff, through the salesperson (Kevin G.) who came to our home, right thru the installation team (Paul & Kenny), we were delighted with the AE personnel. They showed extreme patients with us Seniors and our many questions, and all explained their service and merchandise in terms we could understand. Kevin, Paul, and Kenny all wore masked and maintained appropriate distance. The company's stock, pricing, and service time were perfect for our needs. Had a service today Oct.8, 2020 by Josh from Air Experts. Showed up with a face mask and was very professional in his explaining what he was going to do. Also showed me that my electronic air filter was not working and suggested I use a certain type of paper filter which I happened to have. He was thorough in his maintenance work and and I reminded him that I have been a client for the last 17 years for which he complimented me.
