Two men came and worked as a team, they were here a long time. They changed filters in two AC units, one on main floor and one in upstairs attic. They also checked lines outside (they said.)
My complaint is that they left my upstairs AC on high and I didn't know it until bed time (brrrr), even though I asked them if they shut off lights, etc, behind them. They also left an opened, partially full gallon of anti-freeze on my furniture upstairs. The door to my furnace was giving me a problem by not staying shut causing my heat not to come on. Josh came over with Paul, who he was training. Josh looked at the furnace door and said that even if he ordered a new door it still wouldn’t work because the other company who put in the furnace put it in crooked! Josh was able to get the furnace working with my thermostat by bypassing the button that the door was not touching. I watched MacGyver at work!! My furnace works great now and I no longer have to worry about that door! Josh is amazing, personable and knows his trade!
