Thank you to Air Comfort Service and Technician Tim for restoring my faith in people / companies. My furnace would not ignite. Tim came out, took a look, discovered an electrical plug to the igniter had somehow gotten disconnected (probably happened during my last service call in June). Tim did not charge me for the service call and he even completed our semi annual maintenance check while he was here. Thank you for your honesty and integrity. Excellent service. John came out and checked the equipment to make sure everything was working. During the night, the AC was not cooling the house. We had a power outage for a few seconds and John said that caused the AC to stop cooling. Everything is now working. Thanks to Air Comfort. (See More)

We are satisfied long term customers and I don't make this comment lightly. I think the technician forgot to clean the humidifier and change the element. There were extenuating circumstances, so I understand he could've been concerned about having to shut off our furnace because of the venting issue, thus becoming distracted and forgetting to service the humidifier. I could be completely wrong. I took pictures and I'm happy to share them to confirm this.

well the general service was fine...I like the guy....but he soaked my carpeting with a large amount of water...he kind of down played it as a little spill...I had a carpet machine and with that and 2 fans will get it dry...water is still coming out a little from under the furnace....wish he has said sorry ..I soaked your carpeting..he did knock the price down a little which I appreciated. Your service man was very pleasant and efficient. He was here to change out a blower motor and began by double checking that it was, in fact , in need of replacement. He confirmed that the motor was leaking oil that protected the bearings from seizing up. He also checked the capacitor and found that it did not need replacement. He got right to work and completed his work in less that an hour. He then tested the system including my humidifier to make sure it was all working alright. I have had Air Comfort provide me and then care for my furnace and heat pump for over thirty years. They consistently provide excellent service whenever I request it, and thanks to their maintenance program, I don't often have to ask for extra visits.
