Air Assurance is easy to do business with and they deliver services as promised. The Field Tech (Luke) was on time, extremely knowledgeable of my system and he was super courteous. I called to set up two appointments to have a plumbing and heating professional come to my home to look at a what I believe may be a broken water line in my driveway and to service my three heating units.
The consultant (don't recall his name) set the plumbing appointment for Saturday morning 23 Nov. and the heating service appointment for Wednesday early afternoon 27 Nov.
My experience was not the positive experience as depicted in the commercials.
On Saturday no plumber arrived, no one called and no one followed up.
On Wednesday no heating professional arrived, no one called and no one followed up. (See More)

We had to unexpectedly had to change our hot water heater and David Lewis came out and replaced it Monday and we were having a very stressful day anyways with one of our dogs and David was AWESOME!!!! got it changed out and took care of everything. Not very happy. I purchase a new heat/air system a few years back and all was great until I needed a filter. I purchased a new filter and when I went to install it I found it was the wrong size...it was too small..... I did not ask for the wrong filter, they looked it up told me it was what i needed. I destroyed and threw away the original before I found out the new one was wrong so it could not be re-installed. I made another trip in good faith to get the right filter and was told by the manager I would have to bring in the wrong one. I have already made two trips in good faith. I am not interested in a third trip nor am I interested in either running my system with no filter or leaving the system off until I can return again.....no, I will take my business elsewhere. I have to say I was scared to get quotes when we needed a new heating/air system when ours finally gave out. I just new an independent was the way to go but I went ahead and scheduled with 2 big companies and 2 independents. Jay with Air assurance was the only one who showed up at the scheduled time and explained exactly what would be done. While Air Assurance wasn't the cheapest quote, more in the middle, they certainly were more detailed in their quote so there would be no surprises and this was exactly what we wanted. On the scheduled day for install Chad & Derek with Air Assurance were outstanding! Not only did they show up to work on a Saturday, they were extremely professional and courteous the entire time. I can't say enough good about these two....they were here from 7:30am to 4:30pm to make sure the install was perfect! and believe me, they had some work cut out for them since they were replacing a system that was more than 30yrs old. Received our Lennox system on April 8, 2015. The weather has not warranted any use of a/c; however, our house has been at a constant 72 degrees. The humidifier has came on to circulate air. Dealer's representative was helpful and available to answer questions. There was no "high pressure" sales pitch, but he did encourage us to decide within a two week period in order to take advantage of certain discounts. We felt that he worked to give us the best price with several discount options.
The installation went well despite a problem with our older home, and the workers consulted with their supervisors regarding the best solution. There were no extra charges for this "work around."
The new units are quiet and appear to be efficient, but we haven't had them long enough to be able to compare with past usage. The air conditioner is larger than I anticipated, but that's not a criticism, just something for others to consider before installation. (See More)

My husband & I have done business with Air Assurance for many years! They recently installed a brand new heating and air conditioning system. It is working perfectly!
Our previous units lasted for 20 years thank to Air Assurance's ESP plan. We bought that yearly and it is well worth it. They would service the Lennox units and repair any small thing wrong with them. I'm sure that is why they lasted for so long.

Their workmen were amazing, they were polite, very professional, and my husband was impressed when they finished, there was no left over mess at all, very clean! My project took less than two weeks to complete beginning with the initial planning and estimating phase through the installation of two separate heating and cooling systems. A conventional forced air system was used to heat and cool the upper level of my home and 4 mini split units were used to heat and cool the lower level. This eliminated the ductwork for the lower level which was in very poor condition and under the floor slab. The equipment operates very quietly and holds the desired temperature spot on. The personnel at my home from Air Assurance (Mike, James, and Chad) were highly skilled and a pleasure to work with. It was very cold during the actual replacement of the units, but we were only without heat for a few hours on one day. Consider me a very satisfied customer. (See More)

Lennox and Air Assurance have a long term experience with our family, our previous Lennox unit was installed in June 1989 and worked just fine until April 2014. We knew we would get another Lennox and have Air Assurance install the product. Their staff of representatives were prompt, thorough, and well presented in dress and attitude. After having 6 different companies out to give us a quote for our new ac and heat systems I can honestly claim Air Assurance to be the best!
After a thorough walk through and inspection with a very knowledgeable sales rep we were presented with a couple of different options. Talked it through and decided which option to go with. We received a very detailed quote but we still had questions. They were promptly answered.
Installing crew were outstanding. Courteous, considerate and hard working. They took pride in doing the job right and paid attention to all the details, mechanically and esthetically.
Upon completion the work was inspected by manager. One small detail was not to his liking. Crew came back and fixed it within short time. No problem.
Overall this is by far the most professional company we have ever worked with. Having had several other jobs done in our houses this isn't stated lightly. We are perfectionists and expect things done right, perfectly.
Air Assurance went way beyond our expectations in every way possible. They were worth every penny spent! Highly recommend them to anyone who cares to have things done right. (See More)

Had a new HVAC put in out 40 year old house. Air Assurance did an excellent job and found numerous problems with our existing system (duct work, leaks, etc) and fixed them. Even though installation took a day more than the original estimate they stayed with their quoted price. The installers were friendly and professional and respected our property and privacy, and didn't seem to mind it when I "hovered" to see what they were doing and appease my curiosity.
There were some minor configuration issues with our zoned system but Air Assurance was happy to come back within just an hour of my phone call to make adjustments.
We've been using Air Assurance for routine service for 10 years and were happy to choose them to install our new system, and will be happy to continue to have them service it for another decade. (See More)

Sales agent was great. Install did good job- except they left value not tighten and it leaked freon out and they had to have a tech come back out and check system and fix. Tech people -which we used before and after new a/c have done a great job. (See More)

Replaced two entire HVAC zones with top of the line high efficiency equipment and steam humidifier. Installation team was extremely thorough and professional. I've viewed a number of new homes and never seen such detailed, meticulous installation - included adding bigger returns, dampers to all legs, adding additional vent, surge protectors, etc. Plumbing specialists came to do the gas hookups. They were very neat, courteous. I don't think there is anyone better out there. (See More)

We heavily researched potential contractors before selecting Air Assurance to install our package unit. Their performance supported our research. Their work was excellent, and the finished product looked like it had been done for a brochure cover photograph. We highly recommend them. (See More)

Dealer explained three options, and I chose the middle one which included a Higher Eff. furnace and AC with the icomfort Wi-Fi thermostat. Was a very good choice, as in Oklahoma, we have in just two or three months used both. Have achieved more air flow and quieter operation with lower energy used. What more could I want? Installers were neat, courteous and knew the equipment. Air Assurance even fixed a small plumbing leak they discovered when running my new copper lines. We were just blown away with the professionalism of the installation crew! First of all, all of the installers were dressed neatly and introduced themselves to us, the homeowners. They did not look like some that are commonly seen that have not showered or changed clothes in a week. Each and every time they had to be inside the home they made sure they had coverings over their shoes to make sure they did not track dirt inside the house. Their attention to detail during the installation was another area that blew us away. Example would be they even sealed the floor air vents perimeter to ensure there was no loss of heat/cooling due to duct work gaps. Also they did the same with the ones in the ceilings. They also noticed during installation a few things that needed to be done to make our new unit run more efficient and they took care of it without any additional charge and said it was their pleasure and they wanted to make sure we received optimal efficiency as possible. You just do not find people these days with integrity in their working ethics as we did with Air Assurance. I would highly recommend them to anyone and applaud them for the care they gave my family! When we concluded that we needed to replace both our AC & our furnace, we turned to the company most highly recommended by our friends & neighbors, Air Assurance, who sent their knowlegeable rep to our home to assess our needs. The rep enthusiatically recommended Lennox for both units & offered five AC/heating packages and explained the benefits of each. After he patiently answered a myriad of questions from us, we chose the Lennox AC & the Lennox Furnace package that we concluded best fit our needs, along with a Lennox Programmable Thermostat. The installation team members were professional, thorough, polite and meticulous. We couldn't be more pleased--and we are very picky people. The entire Air Assurance experience was a positive one--from the assessment of our needs to the installation of the units to the follow-up.
