Mike G and his team went above and beyond in replacing our entire separate upstairs/downstairs AC/Heating systems in our 2 story colonial with a single zoned system. Our heating and cooling bills have never been lower and we love the improved comfort level. I am now a firm believer in a zoned system for a 2-story house. (See More)

Air unit went out in September. Called Air Assurance and Randy K***** one of their comfort consultants was out to my house that day and got the ball rolling. they brought out three window units and installed them so we would be comfortable until the job was completed. My mother contacted Air Assurance regarding our electric furnace which has quit working. They responded in a timely manner and were very professional. Mike Guillen was the consultant that we worked with and he explained all of the different options for the new furnace. We decided to change over to a gas furnace. Mike was very professional and knowledgeable. The installers and other workers arrived on time and were very pleasant to work with. My mother and I are very pleased with the new gas furnace and with the service and professionalism from Air Assurance. We would highly recommend them and will work with them in the future. (See More)

After visiting with Brad M*****, Mike G****** and other Air Assurance personnel, we decided to upgrade our existing, functioning systems with two new air conditioning and heating systems at a considerably higher cost. The expected benefits were to include improved air quality, comfort and efficiency. After a few short weeks, the benefits have already been achieved and noticeably so. We just had Air Assurance replace our inefficient two units with one high-efficiency multiple zone unit. They also sealed the ducts and replaced the air diffusers to achieve optimum air flow. In addition, they coordinated the insulation upgrades to the second floor to achieve higher energy efficiency overall in the house. The team, from start to finish, were very polite and professional. They even loaned us window air conditioners so that we would remain comfortable while they removed the old systems and installed the new. With our new system, we have greater control over air conditioning the different zones in the house according to need. (See More)

I've just finished having an outdoor air conditioning unit installed by Air Assurance. Over the last couple of years, I've replace two outside units and two indoor units with Air Assurance. I keep coming back to them. Most other companies would want to just give a price and say when they could provide the work. Mike Guillen explained what, why, and how a job needed to be done. Once I finished the first installation, they did everything that was discussed and I was very pleased. So, I that's why I called back again. I am so pleased that when my son said he had called another vendor for his house, I told him he needed to visit with Mike at Assurance. When he did, my son felt the same way. Admittedly I am a difficult consumer to please. I expect a company and its representatives to have integrity and honor my regard for their company's service. I told Mike Guillen this during our first meeting. I must say that to date all of my interactions with Mike and company technicians have been impressive and professional. Mike patiently and thoroughly explained the details of my air conditioning and heating purchasing choices in a language that I could understand. Once I had made my selections, Mike stayed on top of my case in order to ensure that everything went smoothly. I thought that the work effort would be stressful for me but it was stress free! I directly contribute this to Mike's over site. I am extremely pleased with the service I have received to date and I anticipate that I will continue to be pleased with future service. After my new units were installed, I had a conversation about it with a friend who is also a challenging consumer. She is a former hard charging JAG officer and she is demanding of quality service. She assured me that I had made the best selection by doing business with Air Assurance because the company stands behind their work. The fact that Air Assurance could make an impression on my friend reinforced my confidence that I can expect continued quality service from this company. Mike Guillen is the most incredible sales rep. I have ever met. He took the time to explain everything to me and answer all of my questions. Anytime I called him with a question he called me back in a timely manner. He also went out of his way to make sure that we had window air units to keep my family cool as it was the middle of a summer heat wave with temps well over 100. They even installed them for us and Mike got us scheduled right away for an install. He also took care of all of the rebate paperwork and calls along with all of the calls to professionals needed for the install/job. He took care of all of the work needed to get the install started and to completion. He also, followed up to make sure everything was done and that I was satisfied. He is the most honest, trustworthy and all around incredible sales person I have ever met. Thanks to Mike and his coworkers, I have a great heat and air system. I wouldn't trust anyone other than Air Assurance to get the job done and done right! Thanks Mike!!!!

Air Assurance is an all around great air, heat and plumbing company. Mike Guillen is the most kind and informative sales rep. that I have ever met. He took the time to explain everything to me in detail and answer all of my questions. He also took the time to call me back any time I called with a question and he called in a timely manner. He even went the extra mile to get us some window air units to use, as it was the middle of the summer and the heat index was well over 100. They put them in and got us scheduled very quickly and had our new heat and air system installed in no time flat. He also took care of all of the rebates and scheduled all of the professionals needed to get the job done. He also followed up to make sure I was completely satisfied. We just had a new heating/air conditioning system installed by Air Assurance, and it has been a great experience from beginning to end. The first technician came out on a service call in May, because we were having "freeze up" problems. We had just bought an older home in November and were working our way through "maintenance issue discoveries". Heating unit was 21 years old and cooling unit was 19 years old. It appeared that we should start looking at replacement options so we could do something in another year or so.
Mike came out for an overview visit to talk about our needs and desires and then supplied us with replacement options at four different price levels. He walked us through the available manufacturer and utility company rebates available and by the time all was said and done, we decided it would be best to get the job handled this year rather than wait for another season. Newer, updated technology made it possible to replace the old 5 ton unit with a new 4 ton unit.
We were impressed that Air Assurance deducted all the available rebates from their invoice up front and then took on the responsibility to make sure the job was done to specs so that rebates would come back to them. That was a paperwork relief for us, and the only "rebate" we'll have to deal with will be the Federal Tax Credit at the end of the year. I don't know how many other companies might do that ... but Mike sure made it easy, and we were very pleased.
The installation process took two days in mid July ... but Luke and David made certain that air conditioning was back up and running for us before they stopped work on the first day.
By the time rebates were applied, we saved nearly 26% on the cost of the entire installation ... and that doesn't count the savings that we will experience with ongoing utility bills.
Added benefits: Air Assurance pointed out areas where warm air was seeping from the attic or the outdoors into living areas, and then sealed them at no extra charge. Mike even assisted me with installing 6 new LED canister lights to seal off "vent holes" in the ceiling at no extra charge.
Amortizing the cost of the new equipment installation over the lifetime of the units gives us a monthly cost of less than $50. And the cost of an extended maintenance agreement ... about $13/mo.
Are we pleased? I think 'thrilled' is a much better description for how we feel.

The first person I met was Mike G. What a wonderful young man. What he told me from the first and on contract was done. He is a man of his word. The 2 young men who installed it were totally awesome.
