I am very pleased that we switched our annual service to Air Assurance for both heating/AC and plumbing. They have kept our equipment in great shape and identified several issues that will help us avoid future problems. We have had many issues with plumbing leaks and they have identified what may be the source of the problem and fixed it. (See More)

A supervisor should have come out to see the problem first, the young man that did the work was told over the phone what to do. All of the insulation and spray cans of foam has to be removed so that the job can be fixed correctly. I don't think I should have been charged for something that didn't work.

I will use Air Assurance from now on. They were very friendly, speedy, and professional. The gentleman that came to my home was friendly and explained everything that needed to be done. The only complaint I have is that some of the parts he needed I had already purchased so he could've used those. Other than that I have no complaints and was very pleased with their professionalism. Air Assurance was great. Had my HVAC system replaced and moved the furnace from a closet in the house and the air ducts from the crawl space all to the attic. Jim Nantz, the sales associate, was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Daniel and J.C. did the installation and well, they just did a great job. There were a few problems but Air Assurance made sure everything was resolved. Anyone thinking about replacing all or part of HVAC system definitely should contact them for at least an estimate. Scott L. provided service in the plumbing and he has been extremely helpful, plus he is very knowledgeable. I have to replace a toilet, so I am not through with him yet.
