Tremendous plumbing service provided by John J. John was friendly and very professional. After diagnosing the problem, he made sure to provide a cost for repairs before beginning any work. John promptly fixed the problem so that everything is now working properly. I certainly plan to request him in the future for any plumbing needs I may have. Air Assurance dispatched John to my residence within an hour after I called about needing plumbing service. I certainly appreciate the quick turnaround in addressing and remedying my plumbing issue. We had an overnight plumbing leak pop up. John showed up within about 2 hours of my initial call. He was professional, personable, even while our two dogs were trying to interrupt his work, and did a great job getting our leak fixed properly and in a timely manner. We were very pleased with the work that John J. provided, as well as how knowledgable and personable he was as well. Air Assurance always provides excellent customer service, whether dealing with office staff or service technicians. The technicians we've worked with over the years have been very professional and personable. Mark S. came and provided our maintenance this week. He went above and beyond to show me items of interest and made suggestions to ensure that our a/c unit runs at optimum efficiency, both for the short-term and for the life of the unit. John Johns saved us thousands because other plumbers thought we had a sagging pipe. He said I think it is just clogged and kept trying to get the camera through. Sure enough it was clogged. Instead of tearing up our floor and cement he knew to keep going until he was 100% sure. (See More)

John J. of Air Assurance got the kitchen two inch line open after men sent from the two biggest plumbing companies in Oklahoma and our local regular plumber could not get it open. Wow, what a blessing.
