Air Assurance is a Christian Family Owned HVAC and plumbing business in Tulsa, OK that cannot be topped for excellent service, right on price, and overall enjoyable experience. Sure, parting with hard earned cash is never a situation that anyone wants to find themselves in; but doing business with Air Assurance is NOT going to be a hassle or negative experience. I have a new heat pump with inside coils and emergency heat that was sold and installed by Air Assurance. I have had plumbing sorkd done by AA also. Nothing but GOOD***** (See More)

Air Assurance came on time and took care of the immediate plumbing problem. Unfortunately, they recommended that some pipes be replaced on this home which was built in the 1970's. So, I will probably be using them again soon. (See More)

We had two plumbing problems and called Air Assurance and requested ****************. He arrived the nest morning and solved both problems quickly and thoroughly. We thought the garbage was bad but he found the problem immediately and solved it. The second problem was leaking water to the washing machine. The connections were old and he replaced both the hot and cold water connections. He explained what he was doing and why. Results were great and the laundry room was left cleaner than it was when he arrived. Both **** and his company are great. We highly recommend both. (See More)

I couldn't ask for better service. Chris arrived earlier than scheduled, which was greatly appreciated since my water heater was out and I was in need of a shower. He not only got my heater going, but found a problem I was not aware of, pointed it out to me, and fixed it. On a personal basis, he gave me some info that is very important to me. (See More)

The sump pump installed by Air Assurance failed after only one and a half years. I find that unacceptable. The issue must be fully diagnosed and resolved before I can comment on the work of Air Assurance. (See More)

We thought we had a hot water tank leak and called Air Assurance because we had heard their ads on a local radio station and they had great reviews on Angie's List. We sent an email to them late in the evening and were contacted early the next morning to arrange for a plumber to come to our house. Chris W. arrived on schedule, checked our tank and determined that it was not the problem. He thoroughly investigated and located the source of our leak, then made the needed adjustments. He was very prompt, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable: an excellent representative for his company. Of all the plumbers I have dealt with over the years, Chris Waterhouse is clearly the most professional. He knows his trade, has great product knowledge and his customer relations skills are top drawer. I have recommended him to my neighbors. He is also a veteran of the armed forces, which is a bonus!.

Technician was ver courteous did his job, but was not difficult. Apparently the washer was blocking water flow. It took him all of 3 minutes. He wanted to sell me a new shower head for $150.00 I had just replaced the shower head a couple of months prior, he removed the water saver maybe another 3 minutes. Charge $100.00 plus tax. I understand that you are paying him and have trucks to pay for. He did mark it down to $88. I was thinking about having air conditioner/ heating unit serviced by you. Using the I-pad took longer than the service he provided. I have nothing against the technician. But when something is that simple $100 seems excessive. (See More)

My comments should no way be reflected as critical of the service tech, as he was very professional. I had a existing plastic water line replaced with a copper line to the ice maker on the refrigerator. Yes, he told me the price and I agreed to pay before the work started and I also told him what price I had hoped to pay, which was about $100.00 less than the quote and he said he would try to keep the price as low as possible. He was here for almost exactly one hour to finish the job. I had printed out a $10.00 coupon from your web page also.
The total was $244.45. I did not see on the statement that a credit was given for the $99.00 / hr service call against the time spent. I had told him that I had hoped to pay about $150.00. So according to my statement I was charged $144.45 +/- for 10 feet of copper pipe (small guage) and 1 6' piece of flex line from the copper pipe to the regrig. I feel like that was excessive.
Yes, I agreed to the estimate, however I think when the job was done the price should have been changed to show one hour service call and parts costs. Had I not just two weeks ago had full hip replacement surgery, I would have done this myself and I will certainly check, but i doubt that lowe's would charge that much for the two pieces of pipe listed above. If for some reason the job had taken twice as long as the est., I am sure the price would have gone up.
Again, the gentleman who was here was very professional and I do not want this in any way to reflect badly on him. I am sure he was following policy. (See More)

Starting with Stephen Taylor who provided an estimate, John Hogue & Kristensen Smith who installed humidifier system, Chris Waterhouse who plumbed the system and David Eddings who fired up and checked the system, Air Assurance has a winning team.
We were very satisfied with the job and will continue to use Air Assurance. These employees are very well trained and seem to all enjoy their jobs. (See More)
