Congratulations on your hiring and excellent employees. I have been a customer for a few years and I have never been disappointed by one of your employees. Just recently I have had 3 Air Assurance employees in my. Home. The first, Marquis, quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and had everything up and running within 24 hours of first contact. Plus he is very pleasant to work with. The next Tech was John. I was not at home when our kitchen flooded. John was out promptly. He diagnosed the problem; stopped the flooding and helped my frantic wife get the water off the floor. A great employee. The third was Jason. He evaluated our water heater needs; answered our questions clearly and submitted a detailed quote with options for our consideration. Keep all three. Give them a bonus! (See More)

I had an issue with my one of my units freezing up periodically. My second unit also seemed to have difficulty in maintaining cool air being discharged. I was told that the coils for both units had completely rusted out and would need to be replaced. A consultant was called to provide pricing and options for the replacement. I was also told that the 5 ton unit required 5 lbs of refrigerant and the 2 ton unit needed 3 lbs. I paid for these costs and proceeded to meet with the consultant. I was provided a quote of $25k-$30k for replacing both systems. The quote did not include the unit options discussed and provided no breakdown of the costs to understand what was driving the total. I requested an updated quote with the options discussed as well as further breakdown of the costs. The quote received had multiple errors and I was told that any additional breakdown in cost would take a lot of time and wouldn't actually provide a level of detail that's requested. (See More)

Our dog had torn the wiring to the a/c. The technician repaired it, but of the 7 wires that were 'torn', he only reconnected 3 of them. I'm sure that's the 3 that were important to the running of the a/c (we'll know for certain when the heat of summer hits) but it seems that if there were 7 wires to begin with, then 7 wires should have been reconnected...
The other thing that confused me is that for $175, I would have expected the wires to be replaced...not just capped.. Capping them seems to be a 'half-hearted' repair.....a 'quick fix' rather than a true repair. I would not expect to pay $175 for a 'quick fix'.... (See More)

Marquis was our service tech. He immediately solved a problem for me by correcting how I had programmed my thermostat and thus, he restored the functionality of my humidifier. He then went on to thoroughly inspect my three hvac units and reported back on his findings. His knowledge, professionalism, and demeanor immediately earned my respect. He is obviously talented and well trained, which speaks volumes about his character and the character of Air Assurance. I was very pleased with the repairs and the results! (See More)

Marquis came out for the bi-annual tune-up. He determined we had two cracks in our heat exchange. He was upfront and honest. Mike came out within an hour to discuss new equipment. He walked through my house listening to the troubles we have been having (low air-flow to the back of the house, dust problems, etc). He discussed all the options available to me and did not try to sell me more system than needed. The installers (JD and Matt) were beyond professional, tidy and meticulous. They were very respectful with my home and even swept up my garage after installation was completed. The system works beautifully!!! I highly recommend Air Assurance and will continue to use them for all my HVAC needs. (See More)

We have two new systems from Air Assurance that are working great. We have an older system for the upstairs that broke while we were away on vacation. Marquis came out on a Saturday to troubleshoot the older unit. We explained that we had guests staying with us and really needed the upstairs unit running over the weekend. He went above and beyond in his efforts to fix the unit. He got it done and saved us money in the process. Marquis was very kind and helpful. He did a great job for us. Invoice reads, "removed top and flushed out vents" (or something to this effect). Did not remove top. Flushed out vent areas by hosing unit sides from outside of unit. In past years I have personally removed top to clean and flush out vents and trash from inside unit. (See More)

Marquis F. was the best HVAC technician that's ever worked on our unit(s). He was thorough, competent, and very knowledgable. After having another company give a quote/service call for our AC unit... We called Air Assurance for a 2nd opinion call, which they provide at NO CHARGE by the way. Marquis arrived at our home around 6pm and knew what was wrong within the hour. He returned the next day after finding the parts we needed and got our AC running! PS- between the first company's quote and the quote from Marquis... he saved us over $2000. We were being quoted for parts Marquis found out we didn't even need. Because of him we signed up for the ESP and we're now an Air Assurance customer for life. Thank you Marquis!!!!! (See More)

Marquis was excellent. We purchased a house on Friday and discovered that the AC was not functioning properly. We knew nothing about the system. Marquis thoroughly evaluated each component and found two separate issues. He explained each problem in detail answering all of our questions and laying out our options. He also alerted us to some dirty ducting and recommended a cleaning company. He was sensitive to the fact that we had just purchased the house and gave us discount pricing on much of the work and even waived the $99 service charge. After a scheduling mishap on Saturday, we weren't sure about working with Air Assurance long-term, but Marquis' expertise, attitude and professionalism changed out minds. He really went above and beyond. We signed an annual maintenance contract and feel confident recommending Air Assurance to friends and neighbors. (See More)

I would like to take this time and say Marquis Fuentes was very professional, courtesy, and friendly during our repairs.
He even took the time to explain what happened to our AC unit, why happened, and tips to help maintain our unit.
During the repairs, he made it seem like a walk in the park (although I know it was pretty hot up there in the attic J).
All I can say is Marquis Fuentes is a great asset to the Air Assurance team! Class Act!
