I love Air Assurance. Not only did Steve rescue me from the heat of the summer by fixing my air conditioner super fast - he also took the time to explain everything that was happening and recommended more service that were valuable to me as a new home owner. I signed up for the Extended Service Plan and I had my first visit by Jerry just a few weeks ago, to make sure my furnace was in top shape. Jerry was awesome. Not only was he polite and on time (He even called to see if he could come out earlier, which was great for me!) he did his work quickly and then gave me the full report and explained every detail. Again just like Steve, he recommended things I could do to be proactive but in no way did he push anything on me! Such a gem. I feel as though this company really has your back and is not just out to make a buck! I would recommend this company to everyone! (See More)

Jerry came out and did his semi annual check up for winter. As always he is professional, pleasant and efficient. Jerry always shows up when he is expected, makes sure everything is working the way it should and informative of anything that may be needed. He told us about a part that is getting weak but that it could wait to be replaced as we did not have the money at this time. He did explain that if it fails before he comes out again there will be a service fee as well. As always we appreciate his honesty about what is going on. (See More)

After interviewing several local contractors, I chose Air Assurance to install my Lenox HVAC system in March, 2014, as Steve Taylor, the sales rep, knew more about HVAC specs than any of the other salespeople with whom I spoke. The installation team did a nice job, and one of my former students was on the crew as a journeyman electrician. I've kept the ESP in effect ever since the purchase because I want there to be no questions in the event of a warranty claim. Jerry Cunningham was the service tech assigned to my first ESP call, and I've requested him to provide my semi-annual service every time since. Jerry, besides doing a good job servicing my HVAC system, is prompt, communicates well by phone and in person, and takes his time to do the job right. I just renewed my ESP for four years at a rate of $540.00, saving me $64.00 over the next four years when considering the current $156.00 one-time ESP fee. As Jerry was writing up my four-year ESP order, I called Air Assurance to verify the price I'd told him I received in a flyer. Jerry didn't know what to think when I told the young lady, Michelle, that Jerry was brandishing a butcher knife and had me penned up in the kitchen. I told her that Jerry said he wasn't going to leave unless I made breakfast for him. Michelle took a minute to digest the story and coolly replied, "You'd better feed him. He can be dangerous when he's hungry." Now, not only do these folks deliver a good product and service, but they are people of integrity and humor. In this day of people looking down at their cell phones, ears plugged into ear buds, willing to say anything and do nothing to earn your business, and seemingly disconnected to the world around them, finding a company that employs mature adults with positive interpersonal skills is refreshing. I appreciate the job Air Assurance and its employees have provided. (See More)

The detail of work, considering it was raining a bit is not only surprising but also commendable.

Wonderful and prompt service. The service reps were knowledgeable and friendly and treated me like I was family. Jerry has been coming out twice a year for the maintenance program and my daughter and granddaughter think of him as family. Air Assurance doesn't push their reps to get more money, they push their reps to really care about individuals out there when making suggestions for products. A great and honest company! (See More)

Had another technician come out 3 days later to double check my furnace. He says it's the blower. I'm still running it but funny how it began and continued after my prepaid checkup :( (See More)

We have been doing business with Air Assurance for about 10 years or more. We have always had excellent service. I always request the same service person Jerry and they are very accommodating to make sure my request is honored. Air Assurance was our choice a couple of years ago when we installed our two new HVAC units. They worked with me to fix a couple of issues we were having after installation and never once were we given an attitude that they would give up until the mystery was solved. I'm happy to say I would recommend them to anyone needing service or installation. (See More)
