Our project began with the request for a second opinion on the $500 needed to replace a fan motor on one of our two condensers. After visiting with Brad M*****, Mike G****** and other Air Assurance personnel, we decided to upgrade our existing, functioning systems with two new air conditioning and heating systems at a considerably higher cost. The expected benefits were to include improved air quality, comfort and efficiency. After a few short weeks, the benefits have already been achieved and noticeably so. I have been fortunate in having found such a dependable and experienced company to care for my heat/ac unit. I subscribe to their service plan and twice a year they come out and do a complete check of the systems, including giving them a thorough cleaning. I highly recommend Air Assurance to all my friends and neighbors in the Broken Arrow and Tulsa area. (See More)

Always very helpful and very complete service provided. I always can be sure that my HVAC system is at it's peak with Air Assurance. Sometimes I am reluctant to get the service agreements, but with Air Assurance I can tell that they really fully checked my system from top to bottom. I am super thrilled to have my high tech system and Air Assurance will keep it at 100%. (See More)

We have used air assurance for many years. They are truly a professional service. We have a all inclusive package with them and they have never failed to come to our house at the sight of any potentional problem with our heat and air, no matter the time. Day or night, holidays etc. Their staff is very knowledgable with all aspects of their services they provide. (See More)

Extremely poor service! In December we called about water leaking from our first floor furnace. The tech searched and finally found a hose that had come loose and was leaking. He hooked the hose back up, the furnace worked and he said everything was fine. This past Sunday morning, we woke to no heat on the first floor. Called for service and a tech showed up at 11:00a.He said that a relay had shorted out due to water build-up on it. he showed me the relay and sure enough, the plastic 'cup" on top of the relay was full of rusty water. This rusty, corrosive water caused the relay to fail. We asked the tech in December is everything was all right with the furnace and he said that it was. Stupid us - we believed him! Apparently he didn't bother to check over the unit or would have seen the water in the relay and known that it would be a problem. Air Assurance Service seems to be very lacking in thoroughness and professionalism. We will definitely call someone else for future service!!! (See More)

Your Service Techs are always - top quality individuals. Polite, considerate and ready to help with whatever is needed - above and beyond. He even offered to install by carbon monoxide detector that had been taken down for painting. I have one word. Outstanding!! Thank You. (See More)

ur technician Brad M., arrived on time and did an excellent job. He was very professional and when he had finished doing our fall ESP, he explained an item that might need out attention in the future. Air Assurance is a very good company and they are very professional about if some work needs to be done and don't just say it needs to be replaced. We have used this company for many years. The first hot day we had I turned the A/C on and got nothing but hot air. I am home going thru Chemo and need cooling. It wasn't until my husband came home late in the evening that he found that the fuses weren't even reinstalled. How could all of the additional work that was done to the tune of $770.00 be determined to work if it wasn't even tested. Does the term "mad as hell" mean anything to you? (See More)

The service tech was great, but your prices are rediculous for repairs. I curcuit board that I had replaced cost over $500, not including the labor. I found out I could purchase this same item myself for about $100. That's quite a mark up! (See More)

Air Assurance responded to my online request within 15 minutes of submission and had a technician to the home within the hour. We had an AC/Heating fan motor issue that ultimately has necessitated a new unit being installed and an electric for gas conversion. The tech was great. I would highly recommend AA for any HVAC needs. (See More)

Brad M came to do our yearly heating/air service. He was timely, efficient, and well spoken. He gave me all the information I need to be prepared for the year and our air conditioning service! Technician Bradley Martin performed maintenance on our (3) furnace units. He arrived timely, was courteous and due to his thorough inspection he was able to inform us with diagnostics of a unit that was not operating at optimum level which will shorten the life of our unit if not corrected.
