Steve was helpful at his heater service from contract. A week later the heater wasn’t working. The door wasn’t completely seated: and Christmas Eve. Our call got lost nobody showed at the time I was given because the call was lost. When I called after waiting another hour it was remedied by the end of the day. (See More)

At time of service, the technician communicated to me that there was no cost for the service call due to limited repaid warranty. A week later, I received a call from someone in collections dpt stating otherwise. The situation went around and around. However, finally called and spoke with a manager who handled the problem to my satisfaction. Due to the outcome of this situation and the manner in which it was ultimately handled. I will still use this company and would refer others. Manager was extremely professional and made me feel valued. (See More)

I have had nothing but great experience[s] with Air Assurance over the years. ***** , and by extension Mike the owner, are the only people I trust to take care of my HVAC needs. They have always been prompt, exceedingly courteous, professional and get it done right the first time. If, as has happened only once over the last 25 years, there is a problem, they have made sure it was taken care of ASAP. Highly recommend both Air Assurance as a company and ***** as a tech. Have used Air Assurance for more than 25 years, and have never been disappointed. Recently had my 26 year old A/C go out on a Friday morning. I immediately called and with Marquis and Stephen's assistance, a new unit was installed by Saturday afternoon. I could not believe or appreciate faster service! (See More)

I have had excellent service from Air Assurance Company since 2014. I used Air Assurance to replace my old air conditioner/heater system and the workman were very polite, informative and completed the work in one day. I know from other people that many companies take 2 days. The workman arrived when they said they would and work steadily till the task was completed. Then another Air Assurance service representative comes to inspect the system and insure everything is working correctly and to handle any questions. The Air Assurance Extended Service Plan Agreement(for spring/summer and fall/winter) is reasonable and well worth the money. The technician is punctual and very thorough in checking the system, replacing the filter and leaving the system very clean. (See More)

Steve has been my service professional for well over 15 years now. I trust him implicitly. I rely on his judgement to care for my Heating and Air Conditioning needs and more importantly my safety in my home. He cared for an old unit that I inherited when I bought my house and advised me about replacement as well as efficiency issues and savings. He advised me about other products that would be beneficial especially a Carbon Monoxide monitor for the house. The problem is NOT resolved! We keep getting air in the lines of our geothermal system. They were suppose to have the people call us that put the lines in the ground, but we have not heard from them, thus our system is bound to break down again. (See More)

Steve is great. I'm super impressed by the service he offers. He stayed until late in the evening, and when he cause a minor water spill, he owned up to it, cleaned it up, and reported it to management himself. I've already had a few great experiences with Steve. He is fantastic! (See More)

Have always had great service with Air Assurance service technicians. Thankfully, problems have been few, although some were critical. They were diagnosed, fixed and I was back in service. Can't ask for more than that. I have used technician Steve Erwin for the last couple of years. He has diagnosed a couple of critical problems, fixed them and made me happy. Excellent service. I have been a customer of Air Assurance for several years. Recently had my fall maintenance service. The service technician ( *********** ) ran diagnostics - discovered a minor discrepancy - changed out a part - ran more diagnostics - all was well. Had to have plumber come out. The plumber tightened the pipe on the unit put a little glue. No more problems was there 10 minutes. The AC guy could have done that. We were ripped off. (See More)

We have a service agreement for the Air Conditioning System in our house and recently the unit for the upstairs craft room of my wife went out. I called Air Assurance and the person was sent out on the agreed on date and he found the issue in a very short time and had it fixed real fast. We had our spring check performed and then our 26 year old unit stopped working that evening. Called for service and they sent someone out that evening. Due to the age of our unit the part would not be available until the next day. After some scheduling confusion our unit was repaired that next evening. Although I reside in El Paso TX now, I still contract with AA and have for many years. Steve Erwin is the only technician that I want to service my system. Air Assurance has been my HVAC provider for several years. In all these years, Air Assurance has always responded to any and all problems in a rapid and professional manner. Sometimes the time of day and/or the weather were not accommodating, but they were always here. I have been very pleased with the professional manner and knowledge of their HVAC technicians. I use their Extended Service Protection (ESP) plan. For several years this has provided me with annual service on my heat and air units plus parts/labor discounts, warranties and several other benefits. I always request service technician "Steve Erwin" for my services. He is a very knowledgeable, efficient and thorough professional. I'm enrolled in the ESP plan and just had my bi-annual Free check-up (air cond.). Not only was the service call very thorough, the technician very nice, but he also caught a plumbing problem (that has been plaguing me for well over a year). He called the head Plumbing guy (who was then out just 30 min later) and it looks like now I will finally get my plumbing nightmare fixed for good. Way to go all the way around. I really like it when they tell ya what's going on in plain English that you can understand. (See More)

During the yearly maintenance of my furnace, it was found that my 3-stage unit was set up to run only on "high". I bought this particular furnance last year because of its efficiency features. Initial installation apparently was not set up correctly. It is now. Air Assurance has always been here when I needed them for other thermostat issues, etc. (See More)
