I chose Air Assurance to replace Air and Heating Units over the last few years.
The service and products have been exceptional.
Lastly, the technicians are cordial, well trained, and prompt. I want to thank Mark Swanson, the technician that repaired a small problem with one of the thermostats that were initially installed with a new outside unit.
Mark recognized the problem right away and it was fixed at no cost with a smile.
Highly recommend Air Assurance.

I keep coming back to them. Most of the other companies would want to just give a price and say when they could provide the work. Mike Guillen explained what, why, how a job needed to be done. Once I finished the first installation, they did everything that was discussed and I was very pleased. I was so pleased that when my son said he had called another vendor for his house, I told him he needed to visit with Mike at Air Assurance. When he did, my son felt the same way . Mark Swanson was very thorough found the problem and waited for the parts to be delivered and then put it back in working condition. One Saturday morning last week I woke up to my furnace making a weird noise. Familiar with Air Assurance having weekend service, I called to see if they could send someone out. I was pleased to hear they would have Mark come out as soon as he finished his current service call. About an hour later, Mark arrived and determined I had a broken blower fan that would have to be replaced. Unfortunately, it was something that required a replacement part from a supplier that was not open on weekends. Mark said he would get the part on the following Monday and install it then. On Monday, He arrived with the new part, installed it...And no more problem! (See More)

Rico arrived on time, he was competent and cheerful service technician. He went "over and above" by fixing a couple of annoying noisy spots in the furnace unit with some tape and a piece of PVC pipe. The Air Assurance Team did a quality job diagnosing and replacing needs equipment for one of my units. They worked with me to pick a good replacement and though not replacing an entire system, ensured that when I need to replace my outside AC unit, the insides unit would be up to spec. Bonus: when the new AC unit was having an issue with the blower, they replaced that unit before sending me a bill. We are part of their service contract and have been happy with their work and professionalism. Everyone from the sales staff to the scheduler and the guys that did the work at the house were professional, on-time, and provide quality customer service. I recommend them when you have HVAC needs. When my husband and I decided that it was time to bite the bullet and replace our heat and air system plus get new duct work installed, we mostly relied on advertisements of the company's we got quotes for, plus for the type of system we wanted to purchase of which we had done a good amount of research on. First impressions of the sales person and their knowledge of what they sell is certainly a plus in the right direction, and most importantly, listening to what we wanted and making it clear that he would check all areas to make sure it would fit and the system would meet or exceed our expectations. This included changing from floor vents to overhead venting, removing all old ductwork and hauling off, sealing off old vents. Everything was put in writing and there were NO SURPRISES that cost us beyond what we were quoted! The installation team was fantastic, very friendly, and always cleaned up each area daily before they left. Would highly recommend the company from sales, installers, office staff and the tech that does our maintenance checks. Top notch all the way. Even the County Inspector praised their work when he came to do the final inspection. (See More)

We had our spring check performed and then our 26 year old unit stopped working that evening. Called for service and they sent someone out that evening. Due to the age of our unit the part would not be available until the next day. After some scheduling confusion our unit was repaired that next evening. As usual AC goes out on the hottest day so far this year. Called late Friday evening and the technician came out. Found the problem and provided a workaround till he could get back the next morning. The service that we had was a winter furnace inspection. They did a complete evaluation including using internal visualization with a flexible scope to detect internal cracks or holes. Although our unit is 18 years old and showing its age, they were able to keep it running at normal function. We have used Air Assurance for several years and are very pleased with the service we have received. In the spring they provide similar service in inspecting our air conditioning unit. What repairs and service that have been required have been done efficiently and as inexpensively as could be expected. I would recommend their services to anyone in need. (See More)
