In July 2018, they replaced a heat pump unit that turned out to be smaller tonnage than the one replaced. Apparently Kevin had been mislead by the manufacturer. Bill came out to check and there was no problem owning up to the error and a new one was ordered and installed; all no charge and no griping... Kevin and Bill were most helpful and informative. Given the size and cost of the unit, I doubt Air Assurance made much money on this transaction, but our satisfaction was certainly their priority. Thanks much guys, new unit works great. (See More)

Kevin C. came to replace my air filters and clean my heating units. He was well prepared with the filters and found a few problems while cleaning the units, gave me quotes for parts to fix the problems, and fixed them. He also installed a new air intake cover, which I needed. Kevin was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I had allowed 4 hours, but he and his helper finished in 3. (See More)

I have used Air Assurance for several years and have grown to trust and appreciate the technician, Kevin, to maintain my heat and a/c equipment in optimal working order. Always prompt, courteous and professional, he clearly explains the existing problems, if any, as well any recommendations concerning preventing future problems. My water heater also failed a couple of years ago and Air Assurance, on short notice, replaced it expertly and at a very reasonable price. I regret I cannot remember the technician's name since he also provided outstanding service. (See More)

I like their ESP plan because every spring and fall they check my heating and cooling systems to make the equipment is functioning properly so that it will continue to work well during the hot summer months or cold winter. (See More)

The service technician was unprofessional, had a terrible attitude and quality of work poor. The service that was requested/required, I question that he completed at all. Also, no equipment data sheets provided. (See More)

Lady I deliver Meals on Wheels to is using Air Comfort or Air Solutions. She has been waiting 2 weeks for a part for her furnace. I told she should have called Air Assurance and sign up for the special plan we have. (See More)

We used Air Assurance for the first time on 12/2/15 based on their on-line reviews. We were more than pleased with their thorough service. *******. found their our upstairs unit --- which seemed to be fine --- had rusted out and had a crack in the exchange which could have caused carbon monoxide in our home. We will be using their service to install a new heating unit in our home. Mike also came out, upon my request, to check our ductwork and showed us numerous areas where it was not sealed off. No wonder I have so much dust! They will fix all our air leaks, too. We did our own research and felt their prices were very reasonable for all the work they will be doing. (See More)

He did a great job. We did figure out you have to turn on the gas to get the heat to work, probably caused by the home owner distracting with a lot of other questions. (See More)

I have been with Air Assurance for over ten years and two different houses. They are my go-to maintenance company. I rest easy knowing that they check my AC/Heating unit two times a year. Weill worth the peace of mind. A bargain in today's budgets. The technicians are always polite and professional, and on time! They wear foot protectors when in the house and do a thorough job. I would highly recommend Air Assurance for your heating and air conditioning needs. When things go wrong, which they never do, I can say "I got People". (See More)

We had one of our units at our house just go completely dead. I called after 6pm on a Friday, and while we could have insisted on having a technician come out that evening, I was satisfied to have one come out the next morning. Kevin arrived an hour earlier than scheduled, and within ten minutes had determined our problem was just a plugged drain line. Within 5 minutes he had used a nitrogen tank to blow out the line, and our unit was up and running. He spent another 15 or 20 minutes checking the unit over, cleaning the outdoor compressor, etc. I am very satisfied with the service, but have one small gripe. For a 5-minute operation using their nitrogen tank and what is likely a specialized tool to connect to the drain, it cost me $101. The entire cost for the service call, had there been nothing at all to fix, would have been $85. (We're on the ESP service plan.) I know how much these gas tanks cost to refill, and the tools last forever - this $101 charge is more than a little excessive. Still, I like Air Assurance overall. They're there when I need them, overall their prices are not too excessive. It's just once in a while something like this pops up... (See More)

Received 1st annual tune-up on Tuesday 26 May from Kevin C. Thorough and prompt service. While he was working up the bill, I received business call on my cell. While I was still on the call, I signed two documents on his I-Pad and he told me that Air Assurance would email me the receipts/paperwork. I haven't received anything yet! Perhaps tomorrow? Extremely pleased with our service, everyone I spoke to was friendly, they even called to see if it would be okay to arrive before the service time. Our technician was polite, knowledgable & very willing to answer all of our questions. He took the time to show my husband where the problem was & what it would require to get our AC back up & running. It was muddy out side and our technician was very respectful of our home & pets. Keven C. was very courteous and knowledgeable. We have the ESP plan which keeps our systems checked out and lets us know if anything needs attention. We remembered just before he arrived that the also doing Plumbing and it so happened our hot water tank of 18 years had stopped working and we set it up for them to deliver and install a new one. I'm enrolled in the ESP plan, and Air Assurance has been prompt and efficient in checking my furnace and air conditioner twice a year. When I bought the house, the original HVAC equipment was still installed. There was a malfunction in the furnace which would have required disassembling it to fix it. I interviewed HVAC companies and went with Air Assurance. I have now had installed my second Air Assurance system. Their customer service (Kevin was the tech) is excellent and Kevin was very polite and explained everything he was doing. (See More)
