As always, super easy to call for service, they show up when they say they will, they are friendly, courteous, thorough and leave your house looking the same as before they got there. I have had carpet ruined, water pipes broken and house flooded, greasy hand prints, etc from other Heating, Air and Plumbing companies. We just love you guys. (See More)

We have used Air Assurance of Broken Arrow for many years and are enrolled in their ESP program. We have been very pleased with the HVAC service provided by Air Assurance. All the technicians who have serviced out Heating and AC units have been very professional and appear to be knowledgeable and well trained. (See More)

We recently had an installation of furnace and duct work in November. I have always had to previously clear the water drain manually when using AC. After installation, I was assured with the new unit that I would no longer have to do this. Well, the unit filled with water and the auto shutoff engaged. I did not know why the unit was not working. I believed that it was the new thermostat failure due to the 'black touchscreen'. Naturally I called AA with the confidence of the warranty. The technician vacuumed the drain and I was charged what I believe is an unreasonable Saturday emergency amount (especially having spent so much purchasing new equip). I would have hoped this easy service would have been dubbed 'customer service after the sale'. The technicians work took all of 3 or 4 minutes. I would not be so upset if the installers had not told me that I no longer had to clear the drain myself. Keith was nice but stayed way too long for this issue and when I asked if this could be a courtesy support visit (customer getting used to his new system) Keith replied 'it is what it is' and charged the Saturday fee anyway. Air Assurance is a good company with good service, and I understand it is a business. I do understand that you must charge for the Saturday service, but I felt we could have done better here. Perhaps you could offer a follow-up service for those who get new installation? (See More)

Keith did a good job diagnosing the problem and was instrumental in getting the problem taken care of at no cost to me. My only complaint is that he was not very respectful of my neighbors.he was informed that he would need to set his ladder up at my end of the townhomes because it was before 10 A.M. He stated that he didn't care if they complained and set the ladder up on the end by his truck. I understand that he didn't want to carry the ladder that far and I should have considered that when I set up the appointment. But I don't feel that was the right way for him to handle the situation. I was going to offer to help him carry the ladder but his attitude turned me off. (See More)

Keith from Air Assurance came out and performed a clean and maintenance check up on our AC unit. He was friendly and professional in spite of the 105* heat index going on that day. He explained everything he did and we were very pleased with the service. Will recommend AA to friends and family. Job well done Keith! (See More)

The tech was thorough & honest , but did not remove the furnace cover; the second company that came out identified holes in the gas furnace. He is required by law to turn the furnace off and did so. The sales person was over an hour past the appointment time & quoted too large of a system for the house, (we had 3 total RFQ'S) & Air Assurance came in the highest in all 3 recommendations. NO one crawled under the home as requested; the sales person said it was too wet, the other 2 companies gladly inspected our duct work. (See More)

Spent a whole day waiting for a service person for a 12 to 2 appointment time he never showed up that day . Called the next day and was told I was on the books for 3 pm that day now and there had been an issue with the ipad. I was told there was a 20 dollar gift card in the mail for my time. I have yet to receive anything. Service rep was efficient nice and only an hour past his appointment time. (See More)
