We've replaced our 33 year olds AC/Heaters in 2013 and have really enjoyed them and the savings they've reaped for us. One of the things we like best about Air Assurance is their twice/year services to check and see that everything is working well.
Marquis did our fall service this year and it was an excellent job. He was on time, pleasant, informed and very technical capable. We enjoyed his work. (See More)

I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Air Assurance. We live in an 18-year old house with mostly original HVAC components. We had hot zones and cold areas, with certain rooms nearly unusable in the middle of winter or summer. Air Assurance technician Marquis came out last Friday to diagnose why my air conditioner was not running and, as usual, he exhibited the courteous, professional, and thorough qualities that I have come to expect from all Air Assurance personnel in the 20 years they have been doing my HVAC work. Unfortunately Marquis found that my compressor was shot, and it was already late in the day, so I expected that I would have to start shopping around for a new system on Monday. What a pleasant surprise when Jim Nantz called around 7 PM that very evening and said he could come by our house to address our needs. He showed us some options, which including rebates, were too good to pass up, so we signed up for a new top-of-the line furnace and A/C on the spot. If you live in the Tulsa metro area, this is the company that should be handling your heating and cooling needs. (See More)

I've had a great experience with Air Assurance so far. Sales person, Mike, was friendly and knowledgeable. He saw some open splices in my attic when giving me an insulation estimate that several other companies missed. They also were able to schedule my AC/heating unit replacement within a week. Install technicians were nice as well, did a good job, same with the maintenance technicians who have come out over the last couple years. Reasonable price, great services.

in nov 2013 you replaced a valve on my heating unit. it did not solve the problem that i was having, after about 3 or 4 return visits with no success i gave up and operated the furnace manually the rest of the season, until 3/29/2014 when it quit working completly. Marqus solve the problem.. i wasted $330 on a valve that i did not need (See More)

The only problem/surprise I encountered during my first ESP experience was being told I had to pay for a filter replacement - even after being assured by Lynn over the phone that my first ESP experience would not cost me any more of my hard earned money than what I had already paid.
