Air Assurance came last week and did our yearly check up for our heating system. The tech that came out, Steve, arrived at 8:00 on the dot as promised by the company. He was very friendly, explained everything in detail that was done to the system, very professional and cleaned up after finishing the job. I have been very happy with the service I received from Air Assurance. They were able to come earlier than the appointed time but they called first to see if it was convenient for me. Yesterday I had regularly scheduled maintenance on my heat and air unit and as always with Air Assurance, I received top notch quality service! Steve Edwards was dispatched to my home on Thursday, June 11, 2015, at my request which was handled by Lucretia (not MacEvil). It was after hours when I called, and I was told the appointment would be at 8 a.m. the next day. I told Lucretia that my wife works as a nurse and would be home after 7 p.m., and that she'd be up at 5:30 the next morning to put in another 12-plus hour day. My resolve to receive service that evening was rewarded when Lucretia told me the service tech would be at my house around 7:30 p.m. that very evening. Steve called me before he headed my way, and he drove from Broken Arrow to Sapulpa. Long story short, Steve's another nice guy employed by Air Assurance. He diagnosed and solved the problem in an hour or less, and that was while listening to me all the time he was working. I am so satisfied with this company that I helped my sister schedule an appointment for her HVAC system. Her A/C hadn't been right for a while, so I called Air Assurance, and Jimmy Barber scheduled my sister for a tech visit four days out, from Monday to Friday. Well, I sent Mr. Dave Rampey an email. Mr. Rampey, the owner of Air Assurance, had always responded quickly to my email inquiries when I was getting my new Lennox HVAC system installed in March, 2014. He's still on top of his game. He remembered me, and bumped my sister's appointment up a couple of days. She got her problem solved after calling out some guy from Bixby who basically took $85.00 for showing up and failing to even recognize the problem. I highly recommend Air Assurance and all the employees I've dealt with during my purchase, installation, and service contacts. They had the best price I could find, and their service is excellent. Air Assurance was on time and the service pro Steve was very good at diagnosing the issue with our humidifier, and subsequently fixing the problem. I did think that the cost of $380 for a solenoid and the service was somewhat excessive, especially since I participate in the extended service program.
