I have found that Air Assurance is a high quality company. Their work is superior in quality. Recently, I had an issue with a furnace. They were at my home within hours of my call. The service technician, Rico, was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly; answered all of my questions and was very neat with his work. I highly recommend Air Assurance. (See More)

Delivered great service and had it all wrapped up in a fairly timely fashion.

We have an extended maintenance agreement with Air Assurance and requested a tune up and inspection of our heating system. **** phoned before arriving and arrived right on time. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and very thorough. After about 45 minutes he reported that he had performed all of the routine maintenance and checks and found no issues requiring further action. Installation of new AC & Furnace units were done very professionally Even did a few extra things for me when asked. A year later **** came out for the annual inspection and tune up. The service man was efficient, polite and very thorough when he came out to work on our system. Rico, like the other service men, always introduce themselves and assure that they are from the company you are expecting. We have the service contract and they come out twice a year to inspect and service the system. This problem was not something that would be known during a regular inspection, the part that went out was fine at that time. Thank you for all of your help with our ac system. (See More)

Air Assurance put in new AC/heating units earlier this year. They were wonderful for this female, senior citizen to work with.
