the entire experience with Air Assurance was EXCEPTIONAL!!! Mike Guillen was wonderful and soooo very helpful with his consultations, Derick and Juan (JC?) were the most delightful installers i have ever met. the entire procedure was easy and actually enjoyable!!! i cannot say enough good things about my experience with Air Assurance and their staff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I really have to say I was impressed with the process and coordination throughout the install of my AC/Heating unit. TJ made the process easy and got us the financing we needed for what was an unexpected expense for our home. Additionally, Derrick and his team were really professional in their installation and their work in our home...i.e. Totally trustworthy and a clean installation. I could not be happier.
