I really have to say I was impressed with the process and coordination throughout the install of my AC/Heating unit. TJ made the process easy and got us the financing we needed for what was an unexpected expense for our home. Additionally, Derrick and his team were really professional in their installation and their work in our home...i.e. Totally trustworthy and a clean installation. I could not be happier. Air Assurance took such good care of us when our ac went down in August. Within 3 hours we were cool with a loaner blower until the new unit was put in the next week. (See More)

Our blower died and two hours later Air Assurance put in a loaner blower until the new air conditioner and furnace could be replaced T J Webb told us about our options and took care of our rebates paperwork. All the service guys were great and the new unit was installed in less than a week in one day. We really appreciate Air Assurance taking such good care of us. (See More)
