Sunnyvale customer: These guys saved us in a moment of crisis. Its 100+ degrees outside and 98 degrees inside and 140 degrees in the attic. Our condenser/radiator went out and they came to our aid. They were short on help with a full schedule but some how found a way to service us. That's just pure compassion for your fellow beings. You'll never see that with one of the big boy HAC companies where you take a number and hope for the best. They never lost their cool and were always pleasant, thoughtful and on time. They take pride in their work because they love helping people out under all kinds of situations. That's what you get from the folks at Absolute Air. I know who to call first in the future. We are extremely pleased with the service and install work by the Absolute Air team, from start to finish. Daniel came out, listened to our needs, questions, and concerns and gave us a quote (we did get 3 other quotes from other companies and decided to go with a Lennox and Absolute Air). The install team (I don't remember everyone but it was a team) was great, they answered more questions and talked to us throughout the process so that any issues were addressed immediately. I would highly recommend Absolute Air to anyone needed to update their AC/Heating system.
Hard numbers: Our average daily usage for the prior three months to install (DEC-FEB) was 65KWH or $6.99 per day, for March that dropped to 56KWH or $5.97 per day. So a solid savings of $30 per month. I can't wait to see what savings we'll get this summer! Especially with the fairly mild weather I've used for these comparisons. (See More)

Great service and a great team. We called Absolute after another A/C company gave us an estimate for a repair, which was ridiculous. Not far off from the cost of a new unit. Mike was able to schedule Daniel to come out to our house the next day and give a second opinion. That second opinion from Absolute Air saved us thousands of dollars. Daniel fixed it on the spot. I have been using this company since 2012 and have never been disappointed. They have grown over the years and I have seen my original tech who is still GREAT move up the ladder. I was hesitant at first about losing him to the office but Absolute continues to hire "TOP NOTCH " technical and customer oriented technicians. No matter what the problem, what time or day it is they are always quick to respond. You won't be disappointed with Mike, Daniel or Jason. The best thing is, I have recommended them to friends and neighbors and have never had somebody come back to and tell me they were not OUTSTANDING.

I called Absolute Air to get my A/C fixed. The service pro Troy was at my home very quickly. He checked and tried everything in an attempt to repair the unit but due to the age and the amount of repairs needed I decided it would be better to replace the entire system. Troy called Mike one of the sales reps. and he was here in about 1/2 hour . Mike gave me a very reasonable price on a system that could replace my old one and contacted Kathy who helped me with financing. The new system was financed in less than an hour and scheduled to be installed the next day. Jason and Ryan arrived the next morning and did the installation. I want to thank Troy, Mike, Kathy, Jason & Ryan for making what could have been a stressful situation for me as a senior citizen a easy and pleasant resolution to my problem. Our air conditioner stopped work sometime during the night on Friday. We called Absolute Air just a little after 8 am on Saturday and Chuck, the Service Pro, was at our house around 11:45 am, before his estimated time of arrival. Chuck explained the problems, plugged numbers into their system to see if the unit was still under warranty, and told us what our options were. Unfortunately the unit was not under warranty, so we will get a new outside unit. Mike the Service Manager contacted us on Monday and told us the exact dollar amount for our two options. We should have AC by Tuesday. Both men were very professional and courteous. The person who answered the phone, Christy, was also very professional and helpful. (See More)

Absolute Air did a great job replacing my heating & cooling system, and the duct work in my attic. They upgraded the size of some of the duct work to increase the capacity in part of the house that is farthest from the unit, and it is doing a much better job than before. Their expertise in removing a poorly designed and very poorly installed HVAC system was amazing. They were all honest, caring, friendly, hardworking, and professional. Every one of them went out of their way to ensure I understood every step they were taking. This was not an easy installation and it was in an old doublewide where nothing is as it seems and almost everything was not done right in the first place.
I was impressed by the three (3) man crew and their supervisor, not listed, that did my install. They worked all day, without a lunch, to get this done and to get it done as quickly as they could. They were a team and it showed.
This is not cheap and I was not pleased with having to get a new AC system. But all of Absolute Air, Kaufman TX, From the tech, not listed, that first came out and looked at my old AC. The salesman that came out to talk to me about getting the new system, only after I said I was interested in hearing what he had to offer. And the crew that installed the new system. They always seemed genuinely interested in me, what I needed and wanted, and what would be best for me. They were always professional, understanding, and helpful.
Although I hope I will not need to do this again anytime in the near future, Absolute Air of Kaufman, TX will be the people I call for all my heating and AC needs. (See More)

From my first question to the ten thousandths question, they answered all . They went over the house top to bottom and recommended the best suited unit for my older house. They discussed air flow, BTU sizes, ducting changes,etc,etc,etc so I was very confident in my chose of unit to replace my older heat pump. From the moment they arrived till they left, I felt they were VERY qualified in removing the old and installing the new, they knew what they were doing. They were in this to make sure I was highly satisfied with the new unit and how it was working. When I initially contacted Absolute Air, I needed an estimate for work on my inverted A/C system. Specifically, the damaged duct work underneath the pier and beam house. It still had water and was inaccessible so I said I would call back when I had the water problem resolved. Without being bothersome, Absolute Air kept in touch with me and came out when the water problem was resolved. We determined the best course was to reconfigure the ducting and upright the blower unit. They came when promised and did an excellent job of re-configuring the system, reconnecting all the fitting for electric, coolant, condensate, etc. They cleaned the ducts, and boy were they DIRTY after 50 years! They plugged the old outlets at the baseboard and cleaned up afterwards. The entire crew came out and got the job complete in one day, thank goodness. The new system works GREAT, and i should see a reduced electric bill now. Plus, the unit is performing much better! They were professional, courteous, explained everything needed and answered all my questions. I can highly recommend this company. (See More)

He also explained our financing options for when we will have to replace our system. It made the whole process a lot less scary. 5 Star service!! If you need fast courteous AC service, this is the business for you!! My AC quit working late on a Friday night (of course - isn't that when it always happens). I waited until Saturday morning to start calling around. The first few places I called not only acted like they were too busy for me over the phone, but also could not fit me in for several days. I finally called Absolute Air and not only were they the nicest people over the phone, they wanted to make sure I would be taken care of that day. Mike showed up an hour or two later and within 30 mins my problem was fixed and he was off to the next service call. While he was here, he was so friendly and explained so much to me about the problem I had. I tell you, this is the best place of business where they truly put their customers first. Mike was drenched in sweat in this 90 degree Texas heat and was still so nice, professional and accommodating. Absolute Air far exceeds my expectations for service and speed.
