Britney was awesome at keeping me up to date on the arrival of my service technician, Johnny. I knew when to expect them and they arrived as scheduled. Johnny kept me up-to-date on his progress and check with me at every point before my service was performed so there were no unexpected costs involved. He did a great job. Both were extremely courteous with great customer service. I will absolutely use Absolute Air when I need AC or heating service in the future. (See More)

This is our 4th time dealing with Absolute Air. Jason, Chad, Mike, the ladies in the office, have all been great to work with. They are prompt, courteous and professional. I will continue using them as the need arises, and would gladly refer them to anyone. (See More)

Daniel was great when he came out. He let me know what he was doing, showed me anything I ask. I will have him out again in Fall to check my AC and Heater. If I have a problem I will call Absolute Air. (See More)

We had a rattling noise in our outside air unit and called Absolute Air. They were able to come the next day. Johnny Martinez was our service tech. He was very polite and very knowledgeable about the unit. He checked the outside unit and the inside unit. There were no major problems. He tightened some bolts on the outside unit and melted ice that had accumulated on the fan blades. He also explained everything to us that he was going to do and what he did. Johnny did an awesome job and all this for a service price of only $89.00. I would recommend Absolute Air to anyone who has air unit that has a problem (See More)
