Sunnyvale customer: These guys saved us in a moment of crisis. Its 100+ degrees outside and 98 degrees inside and 140 degrees in the attic. Our condenser/radiator went out and they came to our aid. They were short on help with a full schedule but some how found a way to service us. That's just pure compassion for your fellow beings. You'll never see that with one of the big boy HAC companies where you take a number and hope for the best. They never lost their cool and were always pleasant, thoughtful and on time. They take pride in their work because they love helping people out under all kinds of situations. That's what you get from the folks at Absolute Air. I know who to call first in the future. I called Absolute Air to perform work on a mini-split system for me after my primary provider couldn't fit me into their schedule. They had Jason and his apprentice out less than 24 hours later and charged a fair price for the work. We had our system replaced inside and out. Every person I talked to was friendly and helpful. They even offered financing that I could fill out right there in my home. No going back to the office for anything. I could have gotten my new system in 2 days if my schedule would have worked out. Not only did they take everything out and put all the new stuff in without damaging anything, they also walked me through everything and made sure I understand and had everything connected to the apps. They had very great patience with my 2 year old wanting to say hi or bye every time they walked in or out of the door. Jason and Blake was called out to install a new system after the first technician they sent out to check the system found it un-repairable and needed replacing he made the call and they came out the same day and installed the new system they did a great job. Thanks Jason and Blake. to all who read this we use Absolute Air at our Church in Kemp they are honest and fair on the cost of service. we also have had some of our members needing A/C work done and when Absolute Air was called they are there by the next day in most cases. I have been using this company since 2012 and have never been disappointed. They have grown over the years and I have seen my original tech who is still GREAT move up the ladder. I was hesitant at first about losing him to the office but Absolute continues to hire "TOP NOTCH " technical and customer oriented technicians. No matter what the problem, what time or day it is they are always quick to respond. You won't be disappointed with Mike, Daniel or Jason. The best thing is, I have recommended them to friends and neighbors and have never had somebody come back to and tell me they were not OUTSTANDING.

I called Absolute Air to get my A/C fixed. The service pro Troy was at my home very quickly. He checked and tried everything in an attempt to repair the unit but due to the age and the amount of repairs needed I decided it would be better to replace the entire system. Troy called Mike one of the sales reps. and he was here in about 1/2 hour . Mike gave me a very reasonable price on a system that could replace my old one and contacted Kathy who helped me with financing. The new system was financed in less than an hour and scheduled to be installed the next day. Jason and Ryan arrived the next morning and did the installation. I want to thank Troy, Mike, Kathy, Jason & Ryan for making what could have been a stressful situation for me as a senior citizen a easy and pleasant resolution to my problem.
