The team of men that worked to get my new air & heat system were outstanding gentlemen. Garrett did an outstanding explaining what I was getting and how it worked. The installers were very professional. They knew exactly what they were doing and worked very swiftly. Nobody likes to have AC problems but I felt very blessed today to have two young men come to our aid. It was discovered that our AC/Heating unit had multiple problems along with being covered with mold inside. The unit is 14-yrs-old and the cost to repair it was just not adding up. Lucas took pictures of the problems so that he could show me and explain what issues we were facing. I decided that it was time to go the next step and look at possibly replacing the unit. Lucas made contact with his company and explained that I had the day off today and checked to see if someone could come out to talk to me so that I wouldn't have to take an additional day off. Within the hour Fritz came to our house and took his time to explain what our options were. Fritz compared 4 units and expained the differences and the costs involved. I felt no pressure and was very pleased with how both men were willing to patiently answer all my questions and actually made what could have been a very difficult decision quite painless. Fritz also made suggestions for financing and was able to set everything up for me before he left. I would not hesitate to recommend ARS/Nashville to anyone who may be needing repairs or replacement.
PART TWO - Happy to share the rest of the story... Kevin Jones and Hector Hernandez arrived early Saturday morning and worked steady to remove the old unit and to install the new AC/Heating Unit. They were hard and efficient workers and so thoughtful and understanding... The old unit was the last project that my husband completed before he passed away. My daughter and I were sort of sad to see that old piece of metal being hauled off so the guys removed the metal label and a couple of small parts to give to her before they left!!! I could not have asked for a better installation team or a better company all the way around! Thank you ARS/Nashville! You are the BEST!!! (See More)

We had two units installed today and I can't believe how efficient this team was. We didn't think there was anyway they would have everything removed from our home, the new installed and everything cleaned up in one day, but they did.

I felt like ARS really cared about my home. I was originally sent the wrong water heater and they drove the whole hour back to the shop to get the right water heater. The two men that came to my home were very professional. I also like that it was the same working crew who installed my furnace the next day. I did not have to worry about random people leaving in and out of my property. My job was handled professionally and respectfully. I will be calling again for my next home improvement project. Kevin J. & Hector H. were excellent- punctual, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. They worked a very long day just to make sure the furnace & AC unit were installed properly, went out of their way to make sure the drain lines were clear and the venting was reconfigured (and a kill switch added) to improve the units' maintenance down the road, and installed an alternative thermostat for us when one of ours proved defective. They were very professional and I would highly recommend the ARS crew to others. (See More)

I recently had ARS of Nashville install a new HVAC unit. I initially contacte them through the Home Depot on Thompson Ln in Nashville. They ultimately installed a Rheem HVAC system. It was a 3 ton unit, 14 SEER AC, 80% efficient gas attic furnace. This included a 10 year parts warranty, 10 year compressor warranty, and 20 year heat exchanger warranty as well as 1 year labor warranty. The total cost for equipment plus installation was $5,784. Kevin J and Kenton D were my installers. They installed the unit very quickly and cleaned up after themselves. They were courteous the whole time they were in the house. I would highly recommend ARS based on my experience. I would still get at least one more quote because I did get the feeling they change their pricing based on how busy they are. The quote they gave me was the lowest I was able to find by a couple hundred dollars. (See More)

Even though we are renovating two houses and I wasn't concerned with cleanliness, these guys were respectful of my floors by wearing booties. They were also super efficient even though it was raining cats and dogs! The work went fast, and now I have two brand new HVAC units after 15 years of difficulty with the old ones. I couldn't be more pleased, and the price, considering that I had two units installed, was more than fair. I'll be calling them again when I need plumbing done! (See More)

These guys were great. Extensive project moving 26 year old split heat pump to new dual fuel package unit outside and repairing /removing air handler and relocating intake to hall ceiling from wall floor. Prompt and on time over the several days it took. Drywall guy did an amazing job with patching. ******, ******, ***** were all professional and if I had name of Drywall guy he should also be commended. I had a completely positive experience with ARS and every person I came in contact with. Starting with Tonya who originally took my call, Fritz B*** who took extra time to explain my options and then took a 9:00 pm call from me to set up next day installation on a split unit HVAC. The 2 installers, Kevin J**** and Dillion H*****, were extremely knowledgeable and professional and even managed to completed the second half of the work an not wake 2 sleeping toddlers. I had new Rheem AC/ heating units installed by Kevin J. and Dillon H. The guys worked efficiently and were very skilled at their craft. They were very polite and careful to protect the floors and clean up the mess at the end of the day. I would highly recommend them both.
I have also had some work done to my furnace by JB from install and JB ,Matt P and Dillon H. cleaned the drain pipe and elevated our new unit to help with better drainage to the outside of my home. All the ARS guys were very professional, respectful and knowledgable. The customer service was excellent. I appreciate the quick response to my calls. Give ARS a call !!!! (See More)

The service that I received from ARS and installer Kevin J. was above and beyond my expectations. I was impressed with the customer courtesy & professionalism that was given to my husband, myself and also my residence. Each time any of the installers came into my house they would wear protective booties. It was raining and I mean raining heavy yet they continued to work as if it were a sunny day. The gentlemen set up a canopy to cover the work area and I never heard them say one negative thing about being in the rain. I was kept informed on the steps taken to complete the replacement of my air handler, thermostat & outside unit. I was impressed with the care taken around my plants as the outside unit is landscaped. I can not say enough nice things about the crew that came. We had a new hot water heater and a new heating/ac unit installed by ARS in the past two months. The service was prompt, professional, appropriately priced and courteous. The two installers, Matt P. and Kevin J. did an excellent job, taking care to keep our home clean and keep me informed re: progress, etc. In other words, everything positive a customer could ask for from start to finish.
